News Article Did you know that AethersNephtys were as clean in 8-way as Aethers had been in 4-way?
posted: Jun 1st, 2026 The NSL News preview of the 8-way competition at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2026 began with the update on March 11th, which included the first NSL Power Rankings for this event. The prediction anticipated a close battle among four potential medal contenders: three French teams representing the host nation at Weembi Lille (D'Arc8, Nova, and France 3) and the reigning outdoor 8-way world champions from the United States, Paraclete XP8. The two French teams and XP8 knew each other well from previous competitions and other 8-way activities, while the third French team remained somewhat of an unknown... (more)
News Article Did you know that the British 4-way delegation was the second largest at Weembi?
posted: May 29th, 2026 The NSL News coverage following the 4-way competition at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2026 concludes with the British delegation of five teams. NFTO posted scores on the 4-way Women leaderboard, while Kairos, Mimic, Friendship is Magic and Sora competed in 4-way Open. All five teams had also appeared on the same leaderboard at the British Indoor Nationals, which took place at Weembi Lille in November 2025 — the same wind tunnel that later hosted the FAI Indoor World Cup. The finishing order at the national indoor championship was identical to the results on the combined AAA Class leaderboard at... (more)

Yesterday’s update highlighted the performance of the second Czech 4-way Open Class team, Panthers, at the same event, as well as their remarkable 80-round progression this year. The Czech junior team was part of a tightly packed group of eight teams that finished within a 12-point range... (more)
News Article Did you know that the Czech Panthers have completed 80 competition rounds this year?
posted: May 27th, 2026 Three of the four teams that competed at the February meet of the Flyspot Liga in Poland later met again on the 4-way Open Class leaderboard at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2026. Before traveling to Weembi Lille in April, however, they had another opportunity for indoor competition practice. Flyspot Liga also hosted a 4-way competition in March, once again attracting the same four teams and turning the event into another international contest featuring teams from Poland, Lithuania and the Czech Republic before they joined competitors from 17 countries at the FAI Indoor World Cup. While the participating... (more)
News Article Did you know that Hey Hallå replace Sequenz as Denmark's national 4-way team?
posted: May 25th, 2026 Denmark's 4-way team Hey Hallå was still competing in the A Class when they first faced the national 4-way Open Class team Sequenz at the national outdoor championship in July 2021. Sequenz was founded in 2007, and one original member, Ulrik Høgsberg, was still part of the lineup at the indoor championship in November last year, alongside Flemming Borup Andersen, Hans Oksen and Peter Stræde. Sequenz took a nine-year break following the end of the 2010 season before returning in 2019 with two original members, Vibeke Birk Tideman and Ulrik Høgsberg. The team still had unfinished business,... (more)
News Article Did you know that seven teams were separated by just 12 points at Weembi?
posted: May 24th, 2026 The NSL News explained earlier that the infamous NSL Power Rankings are based on several different factors, with scoring history and team lineups carrying the greatest weight. The more actively a team competes by attending as many events as possible, the better prepared it becomes for major championships. At the same time, the teams, NSL News and the audience may use more data for the “speculative predictions” used to project positions on the leaderboards of major events and to set realistic goals. The NSL Power Rankings for the FAI Indoor World Cup 2026 predicted one of the most exciting... (more)
