Did you know that AtomiX was the busiest German 4way team of the 2013 season? posted: Sep 24th, 2013 The newest leaderboard was generated with scores from Germany where the second part of the annual Nord Cup was scheduled for last weekend. The first part in June was reduced to one single round due to bad weather. This time, the six teams completed eight rounds at the skydiving center in Fehrbellin near Berlin.
The Sun Path Products NSL News had introduced the German 4way team AtomiX at the beginning of the European summer season with the story on 4 June 2013. It was just a few days after the weather meet in Fehrbellin.

Did you know that Zunday and Pyro4ic keep pushing each other at Skydive City? posted: Sep 23rd, 2013 Two teams from Skydive City have been competing side by side since August 2012 season and eventually ended up in the same competition class this year. They added their latest internal battle last weekend on home turf.
The Zunday project was launched at the end of the 2011 season when Gary Fox, Sebastian Jimenez and Keith Murray competed for the first time in the A Class, with player coach Ari Perelman in the lineup. Jon Agar joined the team for the 2012 season in the A Class, and Zunday attended four meets of the Florida Skydiving League, plus the NSL Championship in November.

Did you know that BJ Worth will challenge the new sequential bigway record at SkyQuest 2013? posted: Sep 23rd, 2013 SkyQuest 2013 is coming closer and offers once again the annual combination of Kaleidoscope Dives and 4way competition in DeLand.
The Kaleidoscope Dives will be even more interesting this year since bigway skydiving has become more competitive. BJ Worth, World Team founder, former 8way world champion and creator of the Kaleidoscope Dives since the first SkyQuest event in 2001, recently proposed new world record rules for bigway sequentials to the International Parachuting Commission (IPC) who approved without hesitation.

Did you know that Florida launched the new Indoor Cloud League month with 101 points? posted: Sep 22nd, 2013 The Florida Skydiving League group posted the first scores and videos of the Indoor Cloud League for September. The FSL flyers met on September 10 at iFLY Orlando to train and then go through the six different September sequences.
The Adder (Random Formation L) is the theme for this month, and the indoor training began with learning how to build and fly cheated cat positions. As usual, new flyers and skydivers were also getting their opportunity to learn more about indoor skydiving and 4way competition.

Did you know that Thunder needs AAA Class competition in Roosendaal? posted: Sep 21st, 2013 Two days are left for teams to sign up for this year's ISR Grand Prix at Indoor Skydive Roosendaal for the reduced registration fee of 300 Euro, and 36 teams have taken advantage of this offer so far.
22 teams were registered a month ago when the Sun Path Products NSL News posted the first preview of the annual event, which is scheduled for November 23rd. A total of 48 teams competed at last year's ISR Grand Prix, and the number of slots is now limited to 60 team.

Did you know that the Golden Knights posted the fastest 10way time for a round since 2009? posted: Sep 20th, 2013 The 10way competition at the USPA Nationals 2013 did not change the overall power order in the traditional Formation Skydiving events. The Golden Knights won as clearly as they did last year and maintained their dominating position.
This year's lineup was slightly different than last year. Angela Nichols and Laura Dickmeyer joined the complete 8way lineup, while Jennifer Schaben and Dannielle Woosley were done with competition this week.
The overall time for all six rounds (73.61 - 77.48) was slower than last year. However, the 10.58 seconds in Round 2 was the fastest 10way time since 2009.... (more)
