posted: Nov 15th, 2011 The NSL News mentioned a few days ago that the Norwegian national team in the female 4way category, Polaris, is currently training in DeLand and accepted an invitation for a new round of NSL Talk. The complete team visited the NSL News office a day after Gudrun Rokne's birthday. It was also the day off after three days of intensive jumping, and the weather situation supported the Polaris scheduling. The Kaleidoscope Divers who came earlier for SkyQuest 2011 warmup jumps also have an unexpected day off so far. Polaris won the bronze medals at the World Cup 2011 and continues with exactly the... Did you know that Perris Fury had a quiet 2011 season with an impressive finish at the USPA Nationals?
posted: Nov 14th, 2011 NSL-TV continues with the aftermath of the USPA Nationals 2011 and the competition videos of the Top 5 teams and their Rounds 5 and 6, courtesy of USPA and Skydive Arizona. The extended leaderboard includes once again the point deductions, and the online judges can provide help to explain how SDC Rhythm XP lost the second scoring point in Round 6. The bronze medals in the 4way Open Class competition went very quietly to Perris Fury. World Team leader BJ Worth has finalized and published the roster of his two big-way groups who will begin with their 2011 quest for challenging big-way sequences on Thursday. BJ Worth and his group group of team captains (Tom Claeys, Lesley Gale, Mike Johnston, Dieter Kirsch, Victor Kravtsov, Rob Laidlaw, Herman Landsman, Patrick Passe, Roger Ponce de Leon, Lou Tommaso, Alia Veselova) will organize the biggest NSL event of the year at Skydive DeLand. posted: Nov 12th, 2011 The NSL News review of the USPA Nationals 2011 continues with the competition videos of the Top 5 teams and their Rounds 3 and 4, courtesy of USPA and Skydive Arizona. The extended leaderboard shows once again the point deductions in those two new rounds. Arizona Airspeed added two more sole highscores to the team account despite point deductions in both rounds. The penalty situation in Round 3 can be found easily, the NSL News would need help to detect the Airspeed infringement in Round 4. posted: Nov 11th, 2011 The next big event is coming up very soon, just shortly after the USPA Nationals 2011 have been completed. The aftermath of the Eloy event has to be interrupted for a quick update of the upcoming event in DeLand. The annual SkyQuest combination of big-ways (Kaleidoscope Dives) and 4way competition (NSL Championship) is the 11th time that National Skydiving League and World Team leader BJ Worth draw skydivers from all over the planet to Florida. Did you know that the NSL-TV aftermath of the USPA Nationals begins with the first two rounds in the Open Class?
posted: Nov 10th, 2011 It is about time to go back to the beginning of the USPA Nationals 2011 and the complete aftermath. The videos of the first two rounds of the Top 5 teams are now available for reviews, thanks to USPA and Skydive Arizona. The videos come along with the extended leaderboard, including the point deductions. SDC Rhythm XP has received the most attention of all top contenders so far, and there are good resons for that.
