The Sun Path Products NSL News has traditionally covered many of the additional duels and mini meets on the leaderboards.
Especially the leaderboards of FAI World Championships of Formation Skydiving include many of these special battles, where teams also eagerly represent their countries.
Teams from Mexico competed at three different world meets since 1985, and they had their own very special task at each of them.

The 2016 review begins with the 4-way outdoor scores, and it includes all AAA Class teams, regardless the gender of the lineups. The annual ranking of the Top 4 teams is identical with the results of the FAI Mondial 2016. Did you know that the Dutch Formation Skydiving Project 20+ has selection scheduled for January 21? posted: Jan 5th, 2017 The recent updates from Belgium, which began with the end of Thunder ISR's team project, did not only have an impact on the 4-way and 8-way situation in the homeland of the reigning 4-way world champions, NMP PCH HayaBusa.
The Sun Path Products NSL News has covered extensively the future of the two Thunder members from Belgium, Sven Ibens and Wesley Claessens, who will both continue with HayaBusa's new 8-way lineup, Fly-In Machine 44, and a new Belgian 4-way team, FireFlash.

Did you know that the Hurricane Factory won the Indoor Cloud League for the third consecutive year? posted: Jan 3rd, 2017 The Czech 4-way teams did not have to win the December competition of the Indoor Cloud League to finish on top of the 14+ leaderboard for the year. The Hurricane Factory team was far ahead of the other teams on the same leaderboard and probably more focused on their internal battles.
The situation in the AAA Class competition has tightened up month by month, as the Sun Path Products NSL News reported earlier. The Bad Boys, Czech national champions in 4-way Open, have been facing serious competition in this category, and the December scores confirm the charge by the HF Chicks.

Did you know that FireFlash is the second half of NMP PCH HayaBusa's 8-way team? posted: Jan 2nd, 2017 The recent update of the Belgian 8-way plans for the near future included the news that the second half of the 8-way lineup will also have their own 4-way plans.
NMP PCH HayaBusa and Thunder ISR were both primarily focused on 4-way training and competition before they joined forces for the casual Thund8rbirds 8-way project in 2015 and 2016.
The reigning 4-way world champions will not change their priorities after announcing the additional 8-way plans for Fly-In Machine 44, as the 3rd set of 4-way gold medals is the main goal for the FAI World Meet 2018.

Did you know that iFLY Seattle's flying chamber is a Magic Pixie Dust Tube? posted: Jan 1st, 2017 Jan Klapka's Indoor Cloud League team at the Hurricane Factory has been in the top spot of the 14+ leaderboard six times of the 12 monthly events this year.
Deb Correia's iFLY Seattle team had outscored the Czech teams two times in 2016 (July, September) and added a third top total in December. The Northwest Skydiving League group can still not catch up with the Czech leader for the winning total of the 2016 season.
