News Article Did you know that NSL-TV features Ranch 2nd Generation and Spaceland Lite?
posted: Jan 14th, 2017 Ben Liston, organizer of the annual indoor competition at SkyVenture New Hampshire, has made the competition videos of the event available for the Sun Path Products NSL News, and the audience has the opportunity to review Ranch 2nd Generation's ten winning rounds. The video review also features Spaceland Lite, who finished in 2nd place, 15 points behind the winner. Spaceland Lite had to travel to New Hampshire without Inside Center Devon Shows, who was not available on the meet weekend. However, Lite found an adequate substitute with Andre van Heerden. Outside Center Katrina Shows said... (more)
News Article Did you know that Flying Circus finished with another team record average this week?
posted: Jan 13th, 2017 The Flying Circus of the Hurricane Factory in Prague, Czech Republic, is a well-known name in the 4-way world by now, and the young team continues to make the headlines month by month. It happened again this week that Flying Circus increased the performance level and finished with a new team record average. This is nothing unusual, as the chart with all of the team's indoor scores is showing it clearly. There has hardly ever been a point in time when the scores of the last meet were not higher than at the previous ones. The chart of all indoor scores with decreasing meet averages is misleading,... News Article Did you know that 4mula and Vision 99 join forces to challenge Satori XL?
posted: Jan 12th, 2017 The Sun Path Products NSL News story on 4 June 2016 explained how well British 4-way team 4mula started into the 2016 season. The coverage of the UK Nationals 2016 brought the scores and a few updates to the audience, while it did not highlight the fact that 4mula finished the 2016 season just as well as the fast start had promised. The new team record average of 18.5 in the AAA/Open Class was rewarded with the 2nd place behind Satori XL and defended the 2nd place once again against the Vision 99 challengers in 3rd place. 4mula was done for the 2016 season after the UK Nationals, while the... posted: Jan 10th, 2017 The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 21 May 2016 that the VAF Warriors were still Denmark's national team in 4-way Open. However, at the same time it was officially confirmed by the Danish skydiving federation that Pangaea would compete for Denmark at the FAI World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2016, due to Anne Mine Møller's injury and surgery situation. The whole team would then be back and compete for Denmark at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2016, and Pangaea would stay at home. It turned out that Anne Mine Møller was fully recovered for the indoor competition in October last... (more)
News Article Did you know that four U.S. 8-way teams are in the Top 10 spots of the Team World Rankings?
posted: Jan 9th, 2017 The Team World Rankings are much easier to define in 8-way. At least most of the trained top teams are identical with the national teams of their respective countries. The number of ranked teams is also proportionally lower compared to the participation in 4-way, and the number of attended meets is rarely more than one. As in 4-way, the Top 3 spots are in the possession of the same teams who won the 8-way medals at the FAI Mondial 2016. Seven of the nine 8-way teams in Ottawa are also in the Top 10 of the Team World Rankings, which is one more team compared to the rankings in 4-way... (more)
