Did you know that the Northern Plains Skydiving League keeps the momentum going? posted: Jul 23rd, 2005 The Northern Plains Skydiving League received priority on NSL-TV before the next FSL and SSL jumps will be shown. It was the first time this year that NPSL footage has been available, and it covers the second NPSL 2005 meet in June.
This event deserves even more special attention since it marked a new record participation for the league guided by director Sandy Grillet. The details of the NPSL record meet were covered in the NSL News story on June 20. By the way, NPSL team Microburst includes Sandy Grillet and his son Nick working in the center positions. (more)
Did you know that there will be two versions of a Malevsky Cup 2005 DVD in the NSL Shop? posted: Jul 22nd, 2005 New NSL-TV will be added today, most likely a new round of the FSL June meet with Black Magick, then a new round of the SSL July meet. It has become challenging for NSL-TV to keep up with the footage that arrives in the NSL office. It used to be different in the past when this feature was not as popular as it has become.

Did you know that John Hoover comments the Malevsky Cup from the Golden Knights position? posted: Jul 21st, 2005 David van Greuningen provided the NSL News with his feedback from the DeLand Majik perspective on July 19 after he had followed the NSL coverage of the Malevsky Cup 2005. Comments by Golden Knights team captain John Hoover now complete feedback by the six US teams that will compete for the qualification as the US national team in 2006. DeLand Majik and the Golden Knights did not compete in Russia.

Did you know that the FSL teams were luckier with the July weather this year? posted: Jul 20th, 2005 The 5th meet of the Florida Skydiving League 2005 took place at Skydive DeLand on July 16, while both home teams, DeLand Majik and DeLand Fire, were touring Europe. By the way, the competition draw for the five rounds of the World Games have now been added to the scoring table. As the NSL News reported with the story on July 18, DeLand Majik won the gold medals with a 23.2 meet average.

Did you know that David van Greuningen provides the Majik view after the Malevsky Cup? posted: Jul 19th, 2005 The NSL News provided feedback by the four US top teams that competed at the Malevsky Cup 2005 after interviews with Airspeed's Kirk Verner, DeLand Fire's Gary Smith and Fastrax members John Hart and Niklas Hemlin.
