posted: Dec 27th, 2011 The NSL News mentioned during the coverage of the USPA Nationals 2011 that this year's event was special looking at the continuity of teams and their lineups. This observation was related to the fact that the three Advanced Class winners of 2008, 2009 and 2010 were all competing in the Open Class competition of 2011. This indicates how strongly committed 4way teams and competitors have become to their goals and team projects. posted: Dec 26th, 2011 The aftermath of the SDC Rhythm XP tryouts continues with an update from the other top candidate for the Center Inside slot, Chris Farina's former Perris Fury team mate Christy Frikken. The NSL News mentioned with the last update before Christmas Day that her NSL Profile did not provide much information of her skydiving career before Perris Fury. There is no news in this area, and the profile story still needs an update, however, the Perris Fury time period is probably the most important part of her skydiving career for the NSL News audience anyway. posted: Dec 24th, 2011 The NSL News mentioned on 22 December 2011 that the aftermath of the SDC Rhythm XP tryouts would be far from over. It would include additional feedback from team members and a new NSL Profile. New Center Inside Chris Farina has now provided the NSL News with information of his whole skydiving career, and the audience has the opportunity to learn more about how he made it from his first jump to becoming a world class 4way competitior and the new engine for SDC Rhythm XP. News Article Did you know that NSL-TV completes the Dubai coverage with Rounds 7 and 8?
posted: Dec 23rd, 2011 The video coverage of the duel between Aerodyne Aerokart and NMP-PCH Hayabusa at the 3rd Dubai Championship 2011 was almost complete when the SDC Rhythm XP tryouts began and took all the attention of the NSL News. There is still more to come, as the aftermath of the tryouts will get additional attention. However, it is time to squeeze in the last two rounds of the Dubai showdown between France and Belgium. News Article Did you know that Chris Farina is the new Center Inside for SDC Rhythm XP?
posted: Dec 22nd, 2011 The selection of SDC Rhythm XP's new Center Inside was completed much quicker than the NSL News had expected. In fact, the Rhythm 3way of 2010 and 2011, Thiago Gomes, JaNette and Steve Lefkowitz, needed exactly the same time that the 3way of 2009 with Rob Radez had to add Thiago Gomes to the lineup in 2010. The Rhythm tryouts in 2009 took place on December 11th, and the NSL News announced Thiago Gomes as the new Tail on December 16th. This year, the tryouts were held on December 16th, and JaNette Lefkowitz told the NSL News yesterday officially that the new Center Inside has been selected.... (more)
News Article Did you know that ISB Air Remscheid announces plans for the 2012 season?
posted: Dec 21st, 2011 The NSL News reported on 17 November 2011 that the German national 4way team in the female category, ISB Air Remscheid, was ready for a strong comeback, which was scheduled for the ISR Grand Prix 2011. It was not the complete lineup yet that posted a 21.2 average at this event, as the NSL News followed up on 27 November 2011. However, it was the expected strong comeback, with Paratec-Saar member Dieter Schwarz filling in for Center Outside Sarah Hajooze who was still working on getting physically stronger after her accident in March 2010 and the recovery process.
