posted: Aug 7th, 2012 The Northwest Skydiving League successfully held its second meet of the 2012 season last weekend. The weather was as good as the forecast had promised, and all teams completed six rounds on one day. The NSL News reported earlier that former Elsinore Vengeance member Deb Coreia brought the Norhtwest Skydiving League back to action this year, which includes indoor and outdoor activities in her Washington/Oregon region. News Article Did you know that the Northern Plains Skydiving League wrapped up the 2012 season last weekend?
posted: Aug 6th, 2012 The Northern Plains Skydiving League completed the 4th and last meet of the 2012 season last weekend at Skydive Superior. New NPSL Director Al BeVier ran the first three meets of the year at Skydive Twin Cities and from a Twin Otter. However, he was planning to spread the NPSL word more across his region and invited the NPSL teams and competitors to a different hosting DZ this time. A Class team Random Blocks eventually turned out to be the only NPSL team who attended all four meets of the 2012 season after making the trip to Skydive Superior last weekend. posted: Aug 5th, 2012 Great news came from France for the participants of the inaugural SkyQuest Germany 2012. French 8way world champion and bigway expert Martial Ferre has confirmed his trip to Magdeburg in a few weeks and will offer his outstanding organizing services to all skydivers who are interested in high quality bigways at the event. Martial Ferre visited Germany earlier this summer to organize 16ways and 32ways in Saarlouis, home of the German national 4way team Paratec-Saar. posted: Aug 3rd, 2012 The NSL News introduced Dan BC's book ABOVE ALL ELSE for the first time with the story on 29 April 2011 and followed up with more information on 29 September 2011. The P3 POWER PLAY story on 25 July 2012 mentioned that the book is now also available in the NSL Shop. The same story mentioned how important 4way training is to develop individual physical and mental skills, which have made Dan BC's POWER PLAY events so successful. News Article Did you know that Sinner G scored too high for the Rookie Class indoor competition?
posted: Aug 2nd, 2012 The first meet of the virtual indoor competition between the Northwest Skydiving League at iFLY Seattle and the Florida Skydiving League at iFLY Orlando is over, and the NWSL delegation won the July showdown, as the NSL News reported on 30 July 2012. The draw for the month of August is posted and has six new sequences for the teams and competitors of both league areas. News Article Did you know that the Virginia Parachute Council is back in 4way action?
posted: Aug 1st, 2012 The scores from the Virginia Parachute Council completed last weekend's AA Class overall leaderboard, which was the most popular category this time. The AA Class teams competed at three different locations (Germany, Texas, Virginia) and also completed different numbers of rounds. The overall leaderboard in the AA Class needs a similar adjustment as it was necessary in the AAA Class where the Usual Suspects ended up on the top after six rounds.
