News Article Did you know that John Hart explains different continuity plans?
posted: Jun 19th, 2009 Another one of the nine meets this weekend is the June meet of the Mideast Skydiving League at Start Skydiving. John Hart, founder and sponsor of Team Fastrax, started the skydiving operation in Lebanon, Ohio, when he stepped back from 4-way and 8-way competition. Now he supports the Mideast Skydiving League and helps to introduce Formation Skydiving competition to his local and regional skydiving community. News Article Did you know that the Mideast Skydiving League launched the 2009 season successfully?
posted: May 28th, 2009 In spite of a weather forecast that predicted rain, thunderstorms, cats & dogs living together, and the end of civilization as we know it, five teams came out to enjoy a full Memorial Day weekend of jumping. All six rounds were completed with plenty of time left to enjoy the evening. Most of the teams have been in some form of training this spring. Members of Fastrax and Wait & See were donating their time to assist the young teams with engineering, exit and flying tips. In the AA Class, our new ladies team, Tenacity, exploded out of the gate to take the day with 48 points. They've been working... (more)
News Article Did you know that that Wait & See is looking for a new Center Inside?
posted: Mar 30th, 2009 The NSL News had introduced a new AAA Class lineup of the Mideast Skydiving League with the story on 25 June 2008 (Archives > 2008 > News > Search for "Wait & See"). The player coach team Wait & See, with former Fastrax members John Hart and Niklas Hemlin, attended three MESL meets in 2008 and posted 6-round averages between 12.8 and 13.5 on their home turf at Start Skydiving in Lebanon, Ohio. Matt Hunt (Point) and Greg Rich (Tail) completed the lineup last year, Michelle Albers was filming the team. They are now making plans to continue in 2009. News Article Did you know that last weekend's leaderboard is complete?
posted: Jul 23rd, 2008 Last weekend's leaderboard is complete, the scores of six different events are posted. Only Belgium was completely weathered out. The New England Skydiving League completed only half of the meet. Mass Defiance member Brian Stephens reported that the weather wasn't perfect at all at Skydive New England last weekend: (more)
News Article Did you know that the scores from the Mideast are coming along with new 4-way Tips?
posted: Jun 25th, 2008 Last weekend's numerous 4-way events included the second meet of the Mideast Skydiving League. The scores from the Fastrax headquarters at Start Skydiving come along with a new article of John Hart's 4-way Tips. Four teams competed at his new skydiving center near Cincinnati, and he and his former Fastrax teammate Niklas Hemlin were a part of the competition with the new team Wait & See. After leaving the US 8-way team KnightTrax John Hart made it his mission at Start Skydiving to bring up new skydivers and introduce them to 4-way competition, then take them up to a higher performance level.... News Article Did you know that John Hart focuses on mental training?
posted: Jun 6th, 2008 Fastrax founder John Hart has touched the mental challenges of skydiving competition here and there in his series of 4-way tips for 4-way fans. The story on 14 April 2008 mentioned the "Emotional Control & Arousal Level". Mastering the mental challenges of 4-way competition is arguably one of the most crucial skills to become a top competitor. John Hart now focuses on this part of a comprehensive training plan. (more)
