posted: Oct 25th, 2009 Arizona Airspeed's triple victory (4-way, 8-way, 16-way) at the 2009 USPA National Skydiving Championships, the team's continued status as the US national 4-way team and Spaceland Fource XP's new 4-way world record in Round 6 caught a lot of attention by the audience and by the NSL News. The battle for the 8-way slot in the US delegation for 2010 has also been a big topic and involved some of the Force members, as well. It went almost unnoticed that there was another top contender in 4-way who ended up in 3rd place with a 24.3 average, only one single point behind the new world record holders... (more)

posted: Oct 24th, 2009 The award ceremony of the 8-way competition ended with the presentation of the US Formation Skydiving delegation for next year's World Championship in Russia, as the NSL-TV clip with the story on 21 October 2009 was showing. USPA Meet Director Scott Smith had the members of the 4-way and 8-way lineups already on the stage, as Arizona Airspeed's 4-way world champions competed and won in 8-way, as well, and then forwarded the 8-way slot to the Golden Knights. News Article Did you know that SDC Rhythm XP is making the next step in 2010?
posted: Oct 23rd, 2009 The NSL News has covered the unofficial "amateur championship" at the 2009 USPA National Skydiving Championships quite a few times this year. The NSL Poll for this internal race in the AAA/Open Class competition suggested four teams in the hunt for the unofficial title of the best weekend team and Mass Defiance's 19.3 record average of 2007: SDC Rhythm XP, Sebastian Tempest, Spaceland Blue and Amphibious Attack Tigers. News Article Did you know that NSL-TV features the Golden Knights in the middle of the 8-way battle?
posted: Oct 22nd, 2009 The NSL News mentioned earlier that the "NSL Reality TV" camera followed the Golden Knights around the dropzone in the middle of the 8-way competition at the 2009 USPA National Skydiving Championships. The video has now been uploaded and can be reviewed. Along with this clip come the first five rounds of the US Army team's competition jumps. It was a tight competition in 8-way at this point in time. All three top contenders lived up to the great expectations and were involved in a serious battle for the top spot. posted: Oct 21st, 2009 Two more video clips of the 2009 USPA National Skydiving Championships wrap up the "NSL Reality TV" coverage. These clips were just randomly picked scenes of the activities at different times of the competition last week. There are still a few more videos of NSL Talk to come, which were recorded after the events of Formation Skydiving competition were completed. The last clip that was captured with the NSL-TV camera will present the Golden Knights in the middle of the 8-way competition. The first clip of today's story features the 8-way award ceremony. News Article Did you know that the new Norwegian 4-way lineup is a Nexus/Frost combination?
posted: Oct 20th, 2009 The NSL News will still go back to the 2009 USPA National Skydiving Championships quite a few times. However, other important events happened in the meantime and require some attention, as well. The story on 16 September 2009 reported that Norway's selection of the new national 4-way team would come up soon. Norway's Sports Director and IPC Delegate Trude Sviggum now provided an update of the situation after the selection event.
