Did you know that Denmark completed the first 2012 outdoor competition this week? posted: May 4th, 2012 The scores of the South African Nationals 2012 have now been replaced by a new leaderboard from Denmark. The NSL News had published an update from the Scandinavian country on 24 March 2012. A few of the introduced teams then attended the World Challenge 2012 and now the first outdoor meet in Denmark.
Another team from Denmark was brought to the attention of the NSL News audience even earlier. Veyron, one of the three Danish project teams, had a training meet with Whooops from the Netherlands during a training camp in DeLand at the end of February. Did you know that Explosion was the only pickup team in the Paraclete XP Outdoor field? posted: May 3rd, 2012 The 4way Open Class field at the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2012 included one pickup team with a very interesting and competitive lineup. Explosion finished with a 19.1 average in 7th place after an exciting 1-point battle with Satori and not too far behind the DeLand Norgies.
The NSL-TV fans in the audience now have the opportunity to watch four individual world class competitors fly together in the team for a meet, Explosion. Did you know that the FSL May Tunnel Kicker at iFLY Orlando revealed breaking team news? posted: May 2nd, 2012 The first meet of the Florida Skydiving League 2012 season was completed on the April 21 weekend, and several participants of the monthly FSL Tunnel Kicker at iFLY Orlando posted their first outdoor scores this year. Last night, it was time again to get together for more indoor training at the May Kicker, and most of the outdoor competitors showed up for the free flying time and the free coaching, organized once again by Ari Perelman.

Did you know that Satori had a good double header despite difficult circumstances? posted: May 1st, 2012 The other team that won $800 cash in the Shamrock Showdown Skins Game of the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2012 was another visitor from Europe, UK's national 4way team Satori.
The $800 was a deserved consolation for the unfortunate Satori circumstances. Tail Aaron Faith could not get his US visa timely. Julia Foxwell, John McIver, Ian Hodgkinson and Satori videographer Dave Head decided to make the trip to DeLand anyway and found XL member Steve Hamilton to fill the slot for the outdoor competition.

Did you know that Portugal had the same 4way coach in 1999 and 2012? posted: Apr 30th, 2012 In the recent years, the Formation Skydiving community has become used to the fact that teams from Portugal attend the major international meets on a regular basis. It was not always like that. There was in fact a long break after the World Meet 2001 in Spain until Portugal came back with a national team at the World Meet 2010 in Russia.
Jorge Grade and Luís Candeias, current Atmosfera G4 members, competed for Portugal before the long break and now again. They are the longest standing 4way competitors from Portugal and were already in the lineup of 1999 that finished in 21st place with a 7.9... (more)
Did you know that the DeLand Norgies won $800 at the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2012? posted: Apr 29th, 2012 The NSL News goes back to the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2012 while the teams and competitors in South Africa finish their national championships.
There was an important part of the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship that the NSL News has mentioned only briefly during the live coverage from DeLand.
The Shamrock Showdown Skins Game brought the same excitement to all the teams as it has done in the past years. The NSL handicap system brings all AAA Class teams, including the female lineups, together on the same scoring level.
