News Article Did you know that D'Arc8 (FR) and Falcons (QA) were tied before penalties at Paraclete XP?
posted: May 19th, 2025 The members of the Qatar Falcons 8-way team have become used to climbing onto the podium during award ceremonies at FAI indoor and outdoor world championships and world cups. They finished even in silver medal positions at the last three outdoor events in Eloy 2022, Norway 2023, and Crystal Coast 2024. It is different at indoor world championships, which are more rare for 8-way teams naturally. Only 16-foot flying chambers have enough space to accommodate an 8-way competition, and only two FAI world championships included 8-way leaderboards in the past, the first one at Weembi Lille 2019, the... posted: May 18th, 2025 The performance level of the 4-way Women team from China is well known by now., after the 1st place at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2024 and the 30.5 average that would have taken the bronze medal position in 4-way Open at the same event. posted: May 17th, 2025 The Netherlands is one of the powerhouses in formation skydiving competition in a different and at least equally important way than just winning medals at FAI world championships and world cups. The small European country is one of the four that have never missed an outdoor world championship since 1985. The same counts almost for indoor world championships, as well, where a Dutch team missed only the event in Montreal 2017. The Netherlands were represented at the indoor events in 2015, 2019, 2023 and 2025. Out Of The Blue (OOTB) have carried the Dutch flag since 2017, and only the fact that... (more)

The three youngest team members (Tom Mattoni, Alban Rumolo, Mathieu Quizy)... (more)
News Article Did you know that participation of all-male 4-way lineups is the most consistent one?
posted: May 14th, 2025 The NSL News aftermath of the FAI Indoor World Championship 2025 continues with the closer look at the participation of 4-way teams with different gender proportions in the lineups. Formation Skydiving competition is obviously bringing different genders and ages together in the teams, who still perform the same sequences. There are three different gender categories in the two horizontal 4-way formation skydiving competition events, 4-way Open and 4-way Women. The 4-way Open Class allows male and female competitors in the same lineup, while only female competitors are eligible for the 4-way Women... (more)
