Did you know that Round 4 had an identical impact on two 4-way Women battles? posted: Sep 13th, 2016 The Sun Path Products NSL News mentioned the battles for gold and bronze on the 4-way Women leaderboard a few times at previous updates from the Mondial 2016.
It is no surprise at all that Golden Knights and French Girls are as close to each other as it was after the first three rounds. It is also not a great surprise that NFTO and Parachute Montreal Fuzion have their own battle for the bronze medals right behind the two top contenders in both 4-way events.

Did you know that NSL-TV features Golden Knights 8-way eye candy? posted: Sep 13th, 2016 The 8-way competition is not over yet for the day. Meet director Bill "Coach" Wenger released only the 4-way VFS teams and plans to complete a few more 8-way rounds.
Golden Knights videographer David Flynn kindly provided the Sun Path Products NSL News with the videos of the first six rounds, which were edited and uploaded even before the score for Round 6 was posted. His team added a 22-pointer and is currently standing at a 24.3 average.

Did you know that the Golden Knights are only challenging themselves and their own record numbers? posted: Sep 13th, 2016 The 8-way teams share the Tuesday morning with the 4-way VFS teams in Formation Skydiving competition at the Mondial 2016, while the 4-way teams will get their turn in the afternoon.
There is no competition for the gold medals in 8-way. The Golden Knights are far ahead of France, and the only competition for the U.S. Army team is their own average and the highscores for each round.
It does not seem like there is a world record sequence in the 10-round competition draw. However, Round 1 did not seem to be an 8-way Super Sequence, and the Golden Knights still posted a 31-pointer. The standing... (more)

The teams in 4-way Women added a third round to their leaderboard at the very end of the day, and the Golden Knights are on their way to solidify their top position. There is a lot of work ahead for the French Girls if they want to defend their gold medals successfully, and the two top teams in 4-way Women continue to keep up with the best Open Class teams – except for NMP PCH HayaBusa – who nobody can keep up with...

Did you know that all Formation Skydiving teams completed two rounds on Monday? posted: Sep 12th, 2016 The competition at the Mondial 2016 was in full swing in all events on Monday afternoon. All Formation Skydiving teams eventually completed two rounds, and there are no big surprises yet.
The Sun Path Products NSL News was also at the boarding area when it was time for NMP PCH HayaBusa to launch the 10-round meet with Round 1.
The Belgian 4-way world champions shared the Twin Otter load with a few other top teams, after Arizona Airspeed took off with the first load in 4-way Open.
The 4-way Women competition started at the same time, and the French Girls had a new alternate in the lineup... (more)
Did you know that Arizona Airspeed's extended lineup escorted the team to Round 1 boarding? posted: Sep 12th, 2016 The 4-way VFS teams have been released for the day, and the 4-way Open, 4-way Women and 8-way teams have completed their first rounds.
U.S. top contender in 4-way VFS, SDC Core, was apparently only playing with the opponents in Round 1. The 21-pointer in Round 2 was putting all other VFS teams back in place, and it does not look like Transfert or Evolution have any serious chances to keep up with the U.S. team.
The situation is somehow similar in 4-way Open, where NMP PCH HayaBusa is two points ahead of Black Cat in 2nd place, even after a point deduction in Round 1. Arizona Airspeed lost... (more)
