posted: Jan 26th, 2022 The NSL News introduced the new French national team in 4-way Women with the update on January 23rd. National coach Mathieu Bernier had even more news related to his rebuilding of the French national teams for this year and the near future. It has not become easier for countries to organize and manage their national teams with qualifications and selections for world meets and world cups ever since FAI/ISC decided to include indoor competition in their event portfolio. Teams, coaches and managers have to find the right balance between indoor and outdoor training and create schedules that accommodate... (more)
News Article Did you know that Polish and Czech 4-way teams use the four NSL categories in different ways?
posted: Jan 25th, 2022 The NSL News has covered the events of the Polish Tunnel League regularly since it was launched several years ago. The indoor league offered 4-way teams in Poland regular 4-way competition opportunities, which went beyond the national outdoor championships. Flyspot Warszawa, one of the three Flyspot windtunnels in Poland, eventually even hosted the FAI Indoor World Cup 2016, attended by a total of 48 teams in the four FAI 4-way indoor categories (4-way Open, 4-way Women, 4-way Junior, 4-way VFS). The Czech Republic is a neighboring country and served as a model project after Jan Klapka launched... (more)
News Article Did you know that the Czech Open Indoor Nationals had record participation?
posted: Jan 24th, 2022 The latest scores from the Czech Republic fit perfectly into the story line of the recent NSL News updates, which were related to the developments in the 4-way Women event. The story on January 21st covered the new lineup of the U.S. national team XPG4, and the new French 4-way Women lineup was introduced yesterday. The update from France pointed out that 4-way Women teams from the United States and France are usually medal contenders at world championships and world cups by default. The same surely does not apply to teams from the Czech Republic, even though the HF Chicks won a set of bronze... (more)
News Article Did you know that France has a new indoor and outdoor lineup in 4-way Women?
posted: Jan 23rd, 2022 The NSL News continues with the topic of 4-way Women competition, where the most recent updates covered the change in the lineup of XPG4, the U.S. national team in this FAI/ISC category. Any U.S. team in any of the three traditional Formation Skydiving events since 2001 (4-way Open, 4-way Women, 8-way) is naturally a medal contender at world meets and world cups, even though the U.S. delegation missed medals in 4-way Women by a hair and after a rules drama at the last two world meets in Australia 2018 and Tanay 2021. Elsinore Select was the third U.S. team missing the bronze medals after a jump-off... (more)

The weekend of January 8th at Paraclete XP was actually a combination of the events that recently received a lot of attention. Paraclete XP's Indoor Cloud League event of January took place on the Friday evening before the start of the 3-way competition on... (more)

The selection of the new SDC Rhythm XP lineup connected Kaos members with the topic. The update on 4 December 2021 introduced the first three new Rhythm members, including Kaos videographer Charlie McGee, who continues on camera for SDC Rhythm XP. A month later, the NSL News connected more dots of former Kaos Theory and future Rhythm members. Finally, Kaos Theory's outside center Carl Kallgren was selected for the new Rhythm lineup, as well, as the... (more)
