posted: Feb 11th, 2022 The NSL News resumes the review of the USPA Advanced Class history with an extraordinary event in 2012, which is still perfectly in order with the previous coverage. The USPA Advanced Class champions of 2011, Spaceland Lite, were featured on 15 October 2021, and the story on 17 October 2021 followed up with 2011 guest team Perris Air Rush. The USPA Nationals 2012 would be next in order, and the event happens to have several other connections to current events. The number of guest teams alone was extraordinary. News Article Did you know that the new French national outdoor team in 4-way Open has an average age of under 24?
posted: Feb 10th, 2022 The rebuilding of the French national teams for the Formation Skydiving delegation has been in the works since the FAI Tanay Mondial 2020, and national coach Mathieu Bernier has been making progress step by step. He announced first the 4-way Women lineup, as the NSL News reported on January 23rd. The new team, with two returning members (Pamela Lissajoux, Gaelle Giesen) will compete for France the update only a few days laterat indoor and outdoor events. News Article Did you know that the SkyVenture New Hampshire Indoor Fest had a comeback with 13 teams?
posted: Feb 9th, 2022 The ongoing corona virus crisis had its impact on the annual SkyVenture New Hampshire Indoor Fest as it had on many other events. The hosts and owners of SkyVenture New Hampshire, Laurie and Rob Greer, had still welcomed 36 4-way teams to the previous edition in January 2020, together with their event manager Ben Liston. It was not even an extraordinary participation in 2020. The event has drawn more than 40 teams regularly over the years, 41 in 2019, 42 in 2016. posted: Feb 8th, 2022 The USPA Nationals 2021 have been in the books for more than three months, and the NSL News still has several topics on the list for the aftermath. There are also other related topics, where the coverage has not been completed yet. One of them is the history of the USPA Advanced Class competition. The series of NSL News stories came to a hold after the USPA Nationals 2011, and it will soon be resumed. posted: Feb 7th, 2022 The last piece in the XP8 puzzle was an astonishing and somehow surprising move by the five returning 8-way team members (Jeana Billings, Michelle Karamon, John D'Annunzio, Kirk Verner, Brian Krause) and the previously recruited two new members (Matt Davidson, Andrew Happick) of the lineup for 2022, still with Elliot Byrd on camera, now in his 5th year with XP8. Craig Girard was introduced as the newest XP8 member with the update on February 4th, after team captain Kirk Verner had shared the completion of the new lineup with the NSL News. News Article Did you know that the Czech Indoor Cloud League team followed up with record participation?
posted: Feb 6th, 2022 The Czech Indoor Open 2022 at the Hurricane Factory in Prague had record participation last month, as the NSL News reported on January 24th. A total of 19 teams competed at the event, with two of them visiting from Hungary (Bronteroc) and Italy (Synergy). The 17 Czech 4-way teams alone were a new record number for the country's 4-way competition, which translated almost exactly into the Czech participation in the Indoor Cloud League for the same month.
