News Article Did you know that the AA Class competition had a dramatic finish in Eloy?
posted: Mar 12th, 2007 Round 6 of the Valentine's Meet 2007 completed the competition for the teams that did not participate in the money meet, which went over ten rounds. The three AA Class and two A Class teams were finished after six rounds, as well as Arizona Directe and Arizona Divewerkz in the AAA Class. The competition in the AA Class had quite a dramatic finish. All three teams were separated by only two points after five rounds. The tension was apparently high and even visible on the videos. News Article Did you know that Round 5 was the first on-line showdown between Golden Knights, Fastrax and Airspeed Odyssey?
posted: Mar 9th, 2007 Round 5 of the Valentine's Meet 2007 had one of the fastest AAA Class sequences of the competition in Eloy. In fact, the three random formations and Block 5 (Opal - Opal) indicated that it might be the fastest round of the 10-round meet. The other faster rounds (1 and 8) included slower blocks (22 and 14). The mirror image or slot switcher that comes along with Block 5 made the sequence more challenging. Eventually, Round 5 turned out to be only in second place (121 - 114 - 109), according to the scores of the six AAA Class teams that completed all ten rounds. (more)
News Article Did you know that Airspeed Odyssey and France Maubeuge lost points in Round 4?
posted: Mar 7th, 2007 Good news for the Arizona Directe fans and for everybody who likes to watch former Airspeed world champion John Eagle do his job. NSL-TV found Directe's round three of the Valentine's Meet and added it to the other videos of the competition on the separate NSL-TV event page. (more)
News Article Did you know that the Golden Knights outscored Airspeed Odyssey and France Maubeuge in Round 3?
posted: Mar 5th, 2007 The pace of the NSL-TV turn-around times has increased. The next event with great meet videos to come, the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2007, is less than two weeks away. Goal is to complete the NSL-TV coverage of the Valentine's Meet 2007 before the start of the Shamrock Showdown. The NSL News story on February 28 mentioned that the Golden Knights had provided the NSL News with the video footage of two training jumps, which were rounds three and five of the Valentine's Meet. Round 3 has been uploaded and is currently featured. This brings the first video of the Golden Knights into the picture. (more)
News Article Did you know that the French video drama of Round 2 can now be viewed on NSL-TV?
posted: Mar 3rd, 2007 The first round of the Valentine's Meet 2007 has already been replaced by the videos of Round 2, on the NSL-TV page and on the leaderboard. Viewers who missed the first round still have the opportunity to find the earlier videos at the separate NSL-TV page for this specific event. Round 2 included the video drama of the French national team from Maubeuge. The official score of 15 points was so out of proportion that many people wondered what happened to France Maubeuge in this round. The video of this round now shows it all and makes it easy to explain the low score. The new line-up has also... (more)
News Article Did you know that Airspeed members guided all AA Class teams through the Valentine's Meet?
posted: Mar 1st, 2007 The missing videos of round one have now been added to the NSL-TV coverage of the Valentine's Meet 2007. The team pages and the video files also include team pictures that were taken at the competition in Eloy. These team pictures offer interesting information about the line-ups of all teams. (more)
