posted: Mar 11th, 2008 The recent updates of the Valentine's Meet 2008 with the meet videos of the three best AAA Class teams did not offer much news so far of other teams and the plans of the Arizona Skydiving League 2008. Annie Peterson, AZSL Director and Center Inside for Arizona Divewerkz, informed the NSL News earlier this year that former Airspeed member Chad Smith has replaced Murel Addison in the Center Outside slot. Now she also added three dates of additional AZSL meets in Eloy this year. The AZSL meets in April, June and August will be held in conjunction with the "Mentor Camps" that Arizona Divewerkz... Perris Fury's Rounds 1 and 2 have been uploaded, together with Rounds 3 and 4 of the Canadian national team Evolution. The new videos offer the next opportunity for the audience to look for infringements. Perris Fury lost a total of four points in the first round of the meet. The damage in Round 2 was only a 1-point deduction. The details of Evolution's penalties are not available. However, the two new videos show that the Canadian team was still collecting point deductions due to video issues with and right after the exit.... (more)

posted: Feb 25th, 2008 The next meet videos of the Valentine's Meet 2008 arrived at the NSL office when the Canadian national 4-way team Evolution came back from the west coast and resumed the team training in DeLand. The LeMay family visited the NSL News in the morning before a training day to talk about the team's experiences in Eloy. It was the first high-profile competition for Evolution's Point, 17-year old Benoit LeMay. He had only competed at the Canadian Nationals 2007 before and said that it helped him to have Airspeed Odyssey in the same Pilatus Porter load. Coach Shannon Pilcher and team videographer... (more)
