It turned out to become the highest participation in the history of the indoor league with the 16 teams performing once again their eight meet rounds.
The indoor meets, managed by by iFLY Sao Paulo's David Rodrigues, allow the participants to compete with more than only one team. This player-coaching format has been very popular in almost all countries in the world, while it usually does not apply at national championships.

Did you know that CTR Optimum won the new lineup's first indoor meet with 23.8? posted: Jun 2nd, 2021 The Brazil Tunnel League had a very strong comeback last weekend. The total of 16 teams generated new record participation since the league was launched in December 2018. 13 teams had competed in September 2020, which was the previous record number.
The September meet last year was also the last time that 4-way teams in Brazil got together at iFLY Sao Paulo for a comeback attempt of the indoor league. Did you know that Optimum CTR posted a new 25.1 team record average in Brazil? posted: Sep 27th, 2020 Formation Skydiving training and competition activities are resuming in Brazil, as well. It was in November 2019 when André Ferraz, organizer of Brazil's part of the World Tunnel League, hosted the last indoor competition at iFLY Sao Paulo, a few months after the Brazilian Outdoor Nationals.
This weekend he was back with indoor competition, and the teams were very eager to put some scores on a 4-way leaderboard. In fact, the total number of 13 teams at iFLY Sao Paulo was a new record for participation at an indoor competition in Brazil.

Did you know that So Pressao has a fascinating comeback story? posted: Dec 9th, 2019 The NSL News reported on November 29th how the Brazilian 4-way team So Pressao peaked at the November meet of the World Tunnel League and won for the first time at iFLY Sao Paulo. The story provided the details of the competition in Brazil.
One of the most fascinating aspects of the competition was the fact that So Pressao competed with exactly the same lineup as at the very beginning of the team's history. Did you know that Brazil's So Pressao peaked with 20+ after their 14-year comeback? posted: Nov 29th, 2019 The third 2019 meet of the World Tunnel League this month at iFLY Sao Paulo in Brazil ended with an upset for the country's top team in the past decade, CTR Optimum. The two challengers, So Pressao and Go Fly, used the opportunity when CTR Optimum could not attend with the complete lineup.
Andre Ferraz and Juliana Sé were not available for the November meet, and CTR Optimum needed two substitutes. George Narita and Daiton Ribeiro recruited Beatriz Ohno and Deborah Schroder for the competition, who train and compete with CTR Storm. Did you know that CTR Optimum and Pro Team shared a leaderboard for the first time? posted: Jul 4th, 2019 The June meet of the World Tunnel League offered interesting international leaderboards, with teams from Finland, Brazil and the United States.
The rankings were set after the completion of Round 8, even though the Finnish and U.S. teams added two more rounds. The teams of the Brazilian Tunnel League were scheduled for only eight rounds for their competition at iFLY Sao Paulo.
