News Article Did you know that Aerodyne and NSL have formed an alliance to promote Formation Skydiving?
posted: Sep 1st, 2010 The Aerodyne Skydive Project has been put together by Aerodyne and the NSL to provide local events for formation skydivers on a high quality level. The project goal is to get together groups of skilled and experienced jumpers who want to make good skydives together. The approximate and flexible benchmark is set at the capability of doing 10-point skydives in a 4-way jump. The projects simple formula is "Better Skydives = More Fun". News Article Did you know that the Rookie Class teams dominated the July 3 meet weekend?
posted: Jul 10th, 2010 The new meet weekend is in full swing, and the first scores will be posted very soon. The NSL News goes back to the last weekend one more time, as it featured a special and unusual occasion. It was a weekend where the Rookie Class teams had the strongest participation of all four competition classes. In fact, the number of Rookie Class teams was identical with the number of total teams in the three other categories. News Article Did you know that Cross Keys NRG has moved up into the AAA Class competition?
posted: Jun 9th, 2010 The scores from Virginia (West Point) and MidAtlantic (Cross Keys) have completed last weekend's leaderboard. Teams from Europe dominated the AAA Class rankings, while the US teams competed mostly in the AA Class. A few videos from the season opener of the Mideast Skydiving League in May now completes the coverage of this event. The NSL News story on 31 May 2010 had provided the meet story and more details. News Article Did you know that Rookie Class teams also dominated the MASL Karp Cup 2009?
posted: Jul 28th, 2009 Last weekend's events included the annual Karp Cup of the MidAtlantic Skydiving League, hosted by Skydive Cross Keys. MASL Director Cherie Schuch reported what happened this year at the memorial event for Seth Karp, former JetStream member and MASL competitor, who lost his life in a landing accident in 2002. (more)
News Article Did you know that two MidAtlantic Skydiving League teams won their categories last weekend?
posted: Jul 2nd, 2009 Last weekend's leaderboard is now complete, as the scores from Texas have been added to the ones from the MidAtlantic Skydiving League. MASL teams took the first places in the AAA Class (Cross Keys Blue) and the AA Class (VTSD, Weatherhold), while teams from Texas dominated the Rookie Class competition at Skydive Dallas. The NSL News will go back to the TSL meet later. MASL Director Cherie Schuch provided photos and a few videos of the competition at Cross Keys. News Article Did you know that two MASL couples have formed Cross Keys Inferno?
posted: May 11th, 2009 The 2009 season slowly picks up the speed, as league after league launches the first regional meets of the year. The first meet of the Colorado Skydiving League is up this weekend, while the Florida Skydiving League already prepares for the third meet of the 2009 season in Sebastian. The first Grand Prix 2009 competition in the United Kingdom is also scheduled for the upcoming weekend. The following weekend on May 23 is the first real multi-event date this year, with seven meets at diffent locations in the USA and Europe. The MidAtlantic Skydiving League launches the 2009 season in June.... (more)
