News Article Did you know that the NSL Profiles need several updates?
posted: Jul 14th, 2015 The Sun Path Products NSL News posted the latest TURNING POINTS column in BLUE SKIES MAG's July edition on July 11th. Topic was the official introduction of a new indoor competition class by the International Parachuting Committee (IPC) of the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI), the 4-way Junior category. The column related to a sensitive topic that has not been discussed much recently, as the 4-way Women category is as much established in Formation Skydiving competition by now as the two original events, 4-way Open and 8-way Open. 4-way VFS was the latest addition to the Formation... News Article Did you know that SDC Rhythm XP and Evolution are on the 24-pointer level of the "4-way Indoor Elite Club"?
posted: Jun 23rd, 2015 The most likely answer to the last poll question was also the correct one: NMP-PCH Hayabusa has posted the highest indoor meet average in history. The next question would be where and when the Belgian 4-way world champions finished a 10-round indoor competition with the record average, and the Sun Path Products NSL News will answer this question very soon. The story on June 19th introduced the teams on the first level of the new "4-way Indoor Elite Club", with only 23-pointers and higher at a 10-round indoor competition. Pas Op, Thunder ISR and Gavroches were the first three teams with club... (more)
News Article Did you know that Christy Frikken and Sarah Smith turned an old table last weekend?
posted: Jun 15th, 2015 The teams from California treated each other very friendly last weekend. They kindly staid away from each other and avoided any confrontation in all four competition categories. The Northern California Skydiving League competed only in the A and Rookie Class, while the teams of the Southern California Skydiving League filled the leaderboard with scores in the AAA and AA Class. Yvonne "Yo" Owyeong reported a successful event from Perris: "We had a great Saturday and the weather was awesome. Everything went smoothly, the clouds broke early, and it was a beautiful day, light winds and all smiles.... (more)
News Article Did you know that the World Challenge 2015 includes the 10-year anniversary for David and Andy Grauwels?
posted: Feb 12th, 2015 269 different 4-way teams have been entered into the SKYLEAGUE.COM database for participation in one single event, the annual World Challenge at Bodyflight Bedford, over an 8-year time period. There are surely several competitors who have appeared in different lineups over the years, however, it is a very impressive number. Host Paul Mayer launched the event with 12 teams in 2006 and invited the Sun Path Products NSL News to cover the World Challenge for the first time in 2007 when 18 teams competed. The first live coverage from Bedford and the aftermath of the 2007 event resulted in the biggest... (more)

News Article Did you know that last weekend's 50-pointer was the highest 4-way score since 2011?
posted: Feb 10th, 2015 It has been almost four years since a 4-way team posted the last 50-pointer or higher at a competition. It happened at the last World Challenge where host Paul Mayer had a mandatory Super Sequence as a part of the 10-round meet in Bedford. Six teams scored 50 points or higher for one of the fastest sequences (H,M,Q,K,A) in modern history of indoor competition, and NMP-PCH Hayabusa had the highscore with a 65-pointer in Round 3. It is not the unofficial indoor world record for a single round though. Perris Fury had posted a 66-pointer (J,M,E,D,L) a year earlier at the World Challenge, which... (more)
