Did you know that 22 teams attended the 7th Annual Z-Scramble? posted: Jun 2nd, 2010 The NSL News made a roadtrip to Zephyrhills last weekend. Skydive City was hosting the 7th Annual 4-way Scramble, organized by Oren Kalb and Laura Song. The NSL News had heard about the event and the impressive participation year by year. It was time to check out live on site what is going on at this event.
Event organizer Oren Kalb had mentioned earlier this year that he was once again expecting a great turnout. He had 12 teams lined up several weeks ago, and this surely caught the NSL News attention.

Did you know that the Czech 2010 season opener featured a new generation of teams and competitors? posted: Jun 1st, 2010 The NSL News has followed the 4-way competition in the Czech Republic ever since league founder Jan Klapka launched his 4-way project and joined the NSL Network in 2005. The last NSL News update from the Czech Republic came on 31 December 2009 and was the last NSL News story of the past year.
Jan Klapka had laid out his plans for the 2010 season, which included the completion of a new windtunnel in Prague. He also mentioned that he would have teams in three competition classes this year, AAA - A - Rookie.

Did you know that the Mideast Skydiving League teams were very competitive on May 22nd? posted: May 31st, 2010 The Mideast Skydiving League launched its 2010 season on the first multi-event weekend on May 22, together with teams from Italy, United Kingdom, Northern Plains and Carolina. Four teams competed at the new location of Start Skydiving in Middletown, and they were all in the competitive mix of that weekend's leaderboard.
Team Start competed in the AAA Class competition and had well know names in the lineup. John Hart and Niklas Hemlin used to compete with one of the best 4-way teams in the world, Team Fastrax.

Did you know that the United Kingom Skydiving League launched the 2010 season with record participation? posted: May 30th, 2010 The British Parachute Association (BPA) has a new representative for Formation Skydiving. Richard Head continues the great work that Martin Soulsby and Andy Scott have been doing for the sport in the past years.
Richard "Tricky" Head has been and is still an active 4-way competitor as a member of UK team Phobia. The NSL News has covered the team's consistent progression through the competition classes on a regular basis.

The Carolina Skydiving League held its first meet of the 2010 season at Triangle Skydiving Center on May 22 and May 23. We had six teams in three divisions (AAA, AA and Rookie).
Saturday we got one load off the ground before bad weather moved in. Since the first load only got to about 9000 ft, this round was judged to 30 seconds working time (instead of the normal 35 seconds).
Between weather and aircraft problems the teams were grounded for the next eight hours. Team TSC Motion choose to stick around and finish as many jumps as possible on Saturday,... (more)
