Did you know that the Falcon lineup added two new members to the Teiwaz Club? posted: Apr 20th, 2010 The April meet of the Florida Skydiving League produced a few new Teiwaz members. The NSL News story on 17 April 2010 mentioned that Steve Hamilton, also known as Stefano Hamiltoni, filled a slot for the Teiwaz Eagle lineup while he was coaching the Norwegian national 4-way team in the female category, Polaris.
Teiwaz Eagle competed in the AAA Class competition and is the lineup that experiments with new techniques and procedures for jump preparations and meet performance. The Eagle lineup in Sebastian was trying to research the difference between using creepers - or not.

Did you know that Arizona Airspeed made the expected move on Sunday morning? posted: Apr 19th, 2010 The new judging videos of Round 6 at the World Challenge 2010 come together with the missing scores of Round 10. The scores of Rounds 9 and 10 did not change the meet averages for the teams after Round 8 much at all. Round 9 was a fast sequence, Round 10 was a slow one, and the average of those two rounds was almost exactly the same as teams had after eight rounds.
Perros Dunkerque Maubeuge had the most outstanding score for Round 10. The French national C-Team, which was guided through the ten rounds by national 4-way coach Marin Ferre in Bedford, was just one point short of the lowest score... (more)
Did you know that SDC Rhythm XP's 2010 season is in full swing? posted: Apr 19th, 2010 The highest number of attended meets by any teams in 2010 is four at this point in time, and only one team can claim it. The Aerokart Indoor Championship 2010 on home turf was next for the French world class team in February. Did you know that Eyjafjallajökull is causing trouble for Sinapsi? posted: Apr 17th, 2010 Four teams made it to Sebastian for a small FSL 2010 April meet.
However, one of the best US teams, SDC Rhythm XP, was competing together with the Norwegian national 4-way team in the female category, Polaris.
Both teams just attended the World Challenge 2010 at Bodyflight Bedford. However, Polaris needs the outdoor competition experience, as the World Championship of Formation Skydiving 2010 in Russia is coming up soon. Sebastian is Rhythm's home turf throughout the winter season.
The story of this meet is a completely different one though, and the NSL News will go back to Rhythm and... (more)

There are good reasons to connect those two events, as several teams attended both competitions this year. The Shamrock Showdown was up first, and it is an interesting fact that the three top teams in DeLand (Aerodyne Cypres Maubeuge, NMP-PCH Hayabusa, Perris Fury) finished in exactly the same order between the three of them at this year's World Challenge.
The other interesting aspect is the fact that the same three Shamrock teams all defeated Arizona... (more)
