News Article Did you know that the NSL News discussed this year's double gold challenge with French 8way world champions?
posted: Feb 26th, 2012 The NSL News story on 4 February 2012 pointed out an exciting 8way battle between a French and a US team in the 8way competition at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championships 2012. Bonjour Blue Sky and the new Paraclete XP8 lineup were in a race for the 3rd place throughout the whole meet. The Golden Knights were in a league of their own on the very top of the leaderboard, and XPX8, the second Paraclete 8way team with the high-profile lineup, had no competition for the 2nd place either. Bonjour Blue Sky, with the reigning 8way world champions Martial Ferre and Damien Sorlin as player coaches,... (more)

posted: Feb 23rd, 2012 Paul Mayer's decision to put the Super Sequence back into the hat and follow the IPC rules for the competition draw at the World Challenge 2012 did not deter anybody from signing up for the popular event. The host at Bodyflight Bedford had followed the majority vote, as the NSL News reported on 17 February 2012. In fact, this year's event is already bigger than all previous ones at this point in time, as 66 teams are registered by now. There is still plenty of time, and it can be expected that the final number will break the 70 for the first time. 63 teams was the record number last year, and... (more)
News Article Did you know that Christie Blomster completes the Perris Wicked lineup?
posted: Feb 22nd, 2012 The NSL News reported in December last year that Christy Fricken and Hannah Betts were recruiting a new US lineup for the female 4way category and introduced the third Perris Wicked member Kristen Johnson on 9 February 2012. Christie Blomster completes the lineup and is in the Tail slot. She has been in the sport for an even shorter time than Kristen Johnson after making her first jump in May 2010. It was a tandem jump, and she signed up for AFF right after landing. She also bought a neon jumpsuit at the same time and was obviously hooked and committed. She has a total of 270+ jumps now,...
