posted: Nov 26th, 2023 Sven Ibens recapitulated his live experiences with ISR FireFlash at the Weembinamic 2023 during the recent NSL Live Talk. He mentioned that his team would be back in 4-way action just a day after the interview, less than a week after the completion of the previous competition at Weembi Lille in France. ISR FireFlash would have to switch back from the special Weembinamic format to the traditional one in Roosendaal. posted: Nov 24th, 2023 The NSL News goes back to the 4-way competition at the Weembinamic 2023 after the excursion to the 8-way action at the same event. ISR FireFlash member Sven Ibens witnessed the exciting event at Weembi Lille from the very beginning to the very end, and he was available to share his experiences with the NSL News. The NSL News covered the FireFlash journey from a weak start to the 2nd place with the update on November 22nd, and Sven Ibens provided more details of the event story. News Article Did you know that Veloce QRF upset the order of the Weembinamic 8-way leaderboard?
posted: Nov 23rd, 2023 The outcome of the 8-way competition at the Weembinamic 2023 featured the upset of the traditional leaderboard, after it happened in 4-way at the Weembinamic 2022. The NSL News pointed out with yesterday's 4-way update that the same three 4-way teams were on the podium in the same order that the traditional leaderboard was showing. The situation in 8-way was still the same as it was in 4-way though, as the winners had no serious opposition with their significant leads on the traditional leaderboard after all ten rounds. News Article Did you know that ISR FireFlash is back in top level action?
posted: Nov 22nd, 2023 The first NSL News update from the Weembinamic 2023 covered the situation after Round 4, which was the end of the qualification in the format that the event has applied since it was launched in 2016. The remaining six rounds were elimination duels between two or three teams following a similar bracket system as the one at the NSL Championship 2000. The traditional leaderboard of the first four rounds becomes history when the scores are wiped out after Round 4 at the Weembinamic, as well as the scores of each of the next two rounds in the elimination duels, at least for the continuation in the... News Article Did you know that it was a friendly competition for the British indoor medals?
posted: Nov 22nd, 2023 The NSL News covered the British Indoor Nationals 2023 with the update about the duel between guest team Weembi Unicorns and NFTO's lineup between December 2022 and April 2023. Elizabeth Kennedy and Anna Hicks did not continue after the 23rd FAI World Cup of Formation Skydiving, Lucy Davies and Danni Hurt took their slots for this year's outdoor season. The NSL News introduced the new lineup with NSL Live Talk on June 17th, and they competed for NFTO at the 23rd FAI World Cup of Formation Skydiving in Norway and at the British Outdoor Nationals 2023 two weeks later. posted: Nov 21st, 2023 The NSL News mentioned with the update from the Flyspot Open 2023 that six of the nine Czech teams in Katowice would compete again less than a week later. The Czech part of the World Tunnel League launched the winter season of 2023/2024 with the first indoor meet at the Hurricane Factory in Prague. World Tunnel League and Indoor Cloud League both offer monthly indoor competition opportunities all year long, while the Czech Tunnel League launches its part of the NSL Indoor Network after the end of the outdoor season in the Czech Republic.
