posted: Dec 6th, 2013 The 8way competition at the 4th Dubai International Parachuting Championship 2013 is over, and Dubai Asaar came out as the winner after an exciting competition with a thrilling finish. The new NSL Reality TV clip tells the story of Rounds 9 and 10. Dubai Asaar had taken back the lead in Round 9, but it was only a 1-point advantage. Monaco Vitalsea had shown several times during the 8way competition that the team can win a round and outscore Craig Girard's team by more than one point. posted: Dec 6th, 2013 It will be a busy day at the 4th Dubai International Parachuting Championship 2013. There is a threat of bad weather in the following days, and the host is trying to complete all events today. The new NSL Reality TV clip is showing some of the activities on Friday morning when several events were in full swing, while competitors of other events were getting ready to join the action. The three Formation Skydiving events that have not been completed yet are open only in 8way where Monaco Vitalsea and Dubai Asaar are battling for the 1st place and the $22,500 prize money. posted: Dec 5th, 2013 The VFS 4way competition was the first Formation Skydiving event at the 4th Dubai International Parachuting Championship 2013 that came to a conclusion. The three teams completed their eight meet rounds today and are off for the remainder of the week. It was supposed to be another showdown between the French Team4speed world champions of 2012 with their new lineup and home team Dubai Nexus. It did not turn out to be a showdown, as Nexus just ran away from Team4speed from the beginning to the end. News Article Did you know that the Qatar Tigers got away with murder in Round 5?
posted: Dec 5th, 2013 The Aerodyne French Girls went even a step further in Round 9 and tied the highscore for the round of all 4way teams, after posting the second highest number two times earlier in the meet. NMP-PCH Hayabusa stumbled in Round 9 and also allowed Barkli and SDC Rhythm XP to share the highest score for the round. Barkli completed 19 points within working time and had one point deduction. Other than that, the Aerodyne French Girls simply kept up with the Open Class pace. posted: Dec 5th, 2013 The start of the 4th Dubai International Parachuting Championship 2013 competition on Thursday morning was delayed due to fog in the desert dropzone of Skydive Dubai. That's where the Twin Otters are staying at night before they arrive at the event site on the beach in the morning. It gave teams, competitors, coaches and officials some extra time to discuss Dubai Asaar's two 8way Satellites, which were not accepted by three of the judges in Round 6. News Article Did you know that Dubai Asaar suffered controversial point deductions in Round 6?
posted: Dec 4th, 2013 The 8way competition at the 4th Dubai International Parachuting Championship 2013 has become much more exciting than the host may have hoped for. The Monaco Vitalsea 8way team cut the distance to Dubai Asaar's 8way lineup from five points after Round 5 to one single point after the two jumps on Wednesday. Monaco Vitalsea benefited from a very controversial 2-point deduction that the judges assigned to the Dubai home team for the way they built their Satellites of Block 13 in Round 6.
