Did you know that the Midwest Skydiving League teams were back in action this weekend? posted: Jul 9th, 2017 The Sun Path Products NSL News reported the scores of the Midwest Skydiving League's June meet with the story on 3 July 2017, which focused mainly on the performance of last year's USPA Advanced Class champion, SDMW NEXT XP.
Only three rounds could be completed on Saturday at Skydive Midwest, home turf of NEXT, and no other teams submitted to the weekend's leaderboard. The weather in Minnesota/Wisconsin was even worse, and the teams of the Northern Plains Skydiving League did not even get in the air for any meet jumps.
Two weeks later, the Midwest teams were in action again this weekend.... (more)
Did you know that the tie-breaking rules could not break the internal AAA tie at Paraclete? posted: Jul 8th, 2017 The June competition of the Indoor Cloud League is over, and both leaderboards are closed. Paraclete XP's ICL team won the AAA Class competition with Fast4ward XP's 23-pointer on the 14+ leaderboard, while iFLY SF Bay's AAA Class lineup (Deanna Frank, Julius Frank, Leander van Schriek, Volker Haag) posted the highest score for the sequence on the 12+ leaderboard.
The Paraclete team had actually a second AAA Class lineup that tied the 23-pointer. Phoenix XP members Morgan Womble and Lauren Byrd once again teamed up with two Golden Knights (Matt Accord, Drew Star) and took on the slot switching... (more)
Did you know that NSL-TV features the Dutch 20+ project teams at the Tomscat Trophy? posted: Jul 8th, 2017 The July 1 weekend did not only feature the highly anticipated first outing of the two Duch 20+ project teams, Orange and Blue, at the Tomscat Trophy 2017. French 4-way teams also competed at the second Coupe de France event on the same weekend in Bouloc.
The French skydiving federation does not run a specific team project. There is always a delegation of selected teams and competitors who are supported by the federation and guarantee the strong foundation of the French Formation Skydiving powerhouse, the most successful nation in the sport, together with the USA.

Did you know that Northern California has joined the World Tunnel League? posted: Jul 6th, 2017 Czech 4-way competitor and organizer Jan Klapka started the World Tunnel League (WTL) with the first years of regular European Tunnel League League (ETL) indoor meets at the Hurricane Factory years ago.
After a long history of Indoor Cloud League participation, Florida Skydiving League teams and competitors eventually joined the WTL this year, when iFLY Tampa had opened the doors with a 14-foot flying chamber.
It was probably only a matter of time when the Northern California Skydiving League would join the World Tunnel League with indoor meets, as Lori Connor has been serving the NCSL 4-way... (more)
Did you know that Cool Runnings had competition in Prostejov last weekend? posted: Jul 5th, 2017 Last weekend's AAA Class leaderboard brought teams from four different countries at three different events together. The second event of the Coupe de France was held in Bouloc, while the skydiving center in Hoogeveen hosted the Tomscat Trophy 2017. Three AAA Class teams competed in the Czech Republic.
The Czech AAA Class teams could not keep up with the best teams in France and the Netherlands; however, they had their own competitions with other international teams on last weekend's leaderboard.

Did you know that Satori XL has two very powerful lineups? posted: Jul 4th, 2017 The recent updates from the United Kingdom began on 27 June 2017 when 4mula's player coach Joey Jones informed the Sun Path Products NSL News of a change in his team's lineup. The story on 28 June followed up with another personnel change, this time for Chimera.
Joey Jones had mentioned that Satori XL is not facing serious opposition at the UK Nationals 2017 after the 4mula changes and will most likely compete for the United Kingdom at the FAI World Meet 2018 in Australia.
