The first ten rounds include all 16 random formations, while the additional sequence for a jump-off round has three blocks, and two of them are slot switchers. Teams may have an opportunity to finish with new record averages at the most relevant international outdoor competition of the year.

Did you know that NSL-TV features the host of the FAI World Cup 2017 from different viewing angles? posted: Aug 7th, 2017 The last training day before the first competition round of the FAI World Cup 2017 had once again a beautiful summer weather, and the teams were easily able to complete any planned warmup agenda.
In fact, the activities slowed down significantly in the afternoon when teams took longer breaks before the competition draw takes place in the later afternoon.
The four Formation Skydiving leaderboards are accurate and ready to be filled with numbers after the latest updates today.

Did you know that Jennifer Davidson is back at the place where her road to FAI gold medals began? posted: Aug 6th, 2017 The situation on Sunday was completely different at the FAI World Cup 2017. Beautiful summer weather greeted the participants in the morning, and the Fallschirmsportzentrum Saar had all available planes in the air all day long.
Even the teams with more ambitious plans for training jumps before the competition did not have to wait much, and the days are long too in the German summer months. There is still one more training day ahead before the teams will be called to the planes for Round 1 on Tuesday morning.

Did you know that Dallas 350 member Lucas King had a successful Indoor Cloud League July event? posted: Aug 6th, 2017 The Indoor Cloud League competition continues, while teams from across the world compete at the FAI World Cup 2017 in Germany.
The July competition is over, and the new August sequences have been posted. The ICL teams from iFLY Seattle and iFLY Dallas were the latest ones to add more scores and videos to the 14+ leaderboard, and no major changes happened. The deadline for any July submissions ends this weekend.

Did you know that Joey Jones and Gary Smith launched the NSL-TV Coaches Corner in Saarlouis? posted: Aug 6th, 2017 The transition of the NSL News to the Fallschirmsportzentrum Saar in Saarlouis, Germany, has been completed successfully, and the live coverage of the FAI World Cup 2017 from the event site is beginning.
Teams and competitors have been in training for several days, and Monday will be the last opportunity to jump from the Cessna Caravans that will lift the participants to jump altitude in Saarlouis. The first competition round is scheduled for Tuesday morning.

Did you know that the FAI World Cup power rankings promise great competition in Saarlouis? posted: Aug 4th, 2017 The FAI World Cup 2017 is just around the corner, and the NSL News will launch the live coverage of the event from Saarlouis in Germany on Saturday.
The first preview story on 21 April 2017 reported that two U.S. teams would make the trip to Europe this year, SDC Rhythm XP and Mass Defiance. The story on 9 June 2017 followed up with the great news that 30 teams were registered for the event.
The number has gone up to 31 in the meantime, even though the delegation from Qatar will not be in Saarlouis.
