News Article Did you know that 4-way teams transition in many ways at this time of the year?
posted: Apr 25th, 2023 The aftermath of the FAI Indoor World Championship 2023 will still continue for a while. FAI/ISC's world championships and world cups are naturally the most relevant events in Formation Skydiving competition and deserve all possible attention. However, other events continue at the same time and need to be covered, as well. The Indoor Cloud League of the NSL Network includes activities and events on the other end of the 4-way spectrum, where the beginners in the sport can make their first steps in 4-way competition. The format includes sequences for the experienced 4-way fans that could be drawn... (more)
News Article Did you know that Airspeed is no stranger to a bad Round 1?
posted: Apr 24th, 2023 Arizona Airspeed and XPG4 were both available for NSL Live Talk after the Formation Skydiving part of the FAI Indoor World Championship 2023 was over on Saturday. Rounds 9 and 10 were scheduled for the last day of the competition, and they were completed in the morning. There was plenty of time until award and closing ceremony in the evening would conclude the event. It was a successful visit of the U.S. delegation in Slovakia. The three 4-way Formation Skydiving teams won two sets of gold medals in 4-way Open (Arizona Airspeed) and 4-way VFS (SDC Core), and XPG4 added silver medals in 4-way... (more)
News Article Did you know that HF Flying Rebels transitioned once again from AAA to AA sequences?
posted: Apr 23rd, 2023 The 4-way Junior competition of the FAI Indoor World Championship 2023 turned into a very disappointing experience. In fact, the two junior teams from the Czech Republic (HF Flying Rebels) and Slovakia (SDU GenZ) were not even an official part of the competition. The scores and videos were and are not posted on FAI's 1st Category Results Portal, and only the scores appeared on InTime as a separate event under "Tatralandia FS4 Junior Competition 2023". None of the Formation Skydiving powerhouses (United States, France, Belgium, Qatar) sent 4-way junior teams to Slovakia, and the Russian juniors... (more)
News Article Did you know that NMP PCH HayaBusa discussed the situation after Round 10 with the NSL News?
posted: Apr 22nd, 2023 Two more rounds were scheduled for Saturday morning, and the NSL News followed the third potential 4-way Open medalists for the turnaround of Round 9. The NMP PCH HayaBusa members have become used to the attention that the NSL News has given the top teams, and they are dealing with it just as casually as other athletes do. Dennis Praet jokingly mentioned that the same situation did not turn out very well on Friday when the French national team in 4-way Open was one of the two featured teams of the day. Round 7 was not the best one of the four rounds on Friday for France. The results for France... (more)
News Article Did you know that Arizona Airspeed will be rewarded and honored with the adjustment of the starting order?
posted: Apr 21st, 2023 The next team featured in NSL-TV Unfiltered at the FAI Indoor World Championship 2023 was Arizona Airspeed. The whole turnaround action of the outdoor world champions to Round 7 is now available for the audience. It was another round with a sole highscore for Arizona Airspeed, and the distance to France in 2nd place has grown to 16 points after Round 8. The current lineup is still far ahead of any opponents at the moment, and it seems like they control the world's 4-way competition at their own will at this point in time. Round 1 and the situation at the end of the first day may have given... (more)
News Article Did you know that NSL-TV Unfiltered features the French national team in 4-way Open?
posted: Apr 21st, 2023 The NSL News dedicated the second day of the FAI Indoor World Championship 2023 to the specific coverage of some of the top teams who set the standards in 4-way Formation Skydiving competition. This feature begins with the French national team in 4-way Open and the youngest lineup in this category.
