Did you know that skydivers in New England are invited to become involved with the NESL? posted: Apr 8th, 2006 The NSL News story on January 19 announced plans of last year's USPA Advanced Class champion, Mass Defiance, to re-activate the New England Skydiving League. Mass Defiance and NESL Director Beth Murray followed up on these plans, and the schedule for the four meets of the regular season has been posted for a while.
Beth Murray and the Mass Defiance members recently provided the NESL 2006 hosts and their management with additional information of the league plans and encouraged the participating skydiving centers to spread the word locally and in the New England region:

Did you know that Teiwaz Lake Wales won the Skins Game in round eight of the Shamrock Showdown? posted: Apr 7th, 2006 The new NSL-TV show features round eight of the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2006. This time, the video files of the top teams have to be uploaded at a later time. Only Team Fastrax can already be viewed with round eight. (more)
Did you know that AZ Fourplay is ready to post new SSL scores this weekend? posted: Apr 6th, 2006 The next NSL meet weekend is coming up, and three leagues will be playing at two locations in the USA, the same competition draw will also be used in Brazil. The Colorado Skydiving League will launch its 2006 season with the new CSL Director Travis Roth, while the Southwest Skydiving League competes for the second time this year in Eloy.
The field in Eloy will once again include team AZ Fourplay, which competed already at the SSL season opener in February. AZ Fourplay posted a 7.7 average at the Valentine's Meet and is eager to show progression already this weekend.

Did you know that France might be back in the race for 4-way gold medals? posted: Apr 5th, 2006 The NSL News mentioned yesterday that "there are rumors that three Maubeuge members of 2003 have put together a very strong line-up for this year's World Meet in Germany". The NSL News also promised to look for more information and contacted the French national coach Jerome David.
As usual, the NSL News received answers to the request for information from France without delay. Jerome David responded quickly and confirmed that the three former 4-way world champions of France Maubeuge, Davide Moy, Erwan Pouliquen and Julien Losantos, have joined forces with Paul "Polo" Grisoni.

Did you know that the recent NSL News interview with Arcteryx confirmed earlier Norwegian goals? posted: Apr 3rd, 2006 The NSL News story on March 25 provided an update of the Norwegian 4-way team Arcteryx after the world class performance at the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2006 on March 18 - 19 in DeLand.
The NSL News also invited the team members to the NSL office for a live interview, which took place on Thursday, March 30, a few days after the conclusion of the competition in DeLand. The interview offers information of the current national team's position in the Norwegian skydiving community, which consist of approx. 1,000 active skydivers. (more)
