posted Dec 10th, 2022 - The schedule of events for the beginning of the new year is an exact copy of the order of indoor events in January 2022. The Indoor Cloud League teams have the whole month to complete the six January sequences, and the first 10-round meet is the 3rd event of the Czech Tunnel League.

The Czech Open 2023 will follow shortly after the league event, and the New Hampshire Tunnel Fest concludes the first 4-way month of the new year. The next Czech league event follows in February, before U.S. teams have their national indoor championship at Paraclete XP.

The next New Hampshire Tunnel Fest is the second step to bring the event back to the same full swing where it was before the painful break caused by the corona virus crisis. SkyVenture New Hampshire's owners and event hosts Laurie and Rob Greer made the first step in January this year when they decided to run the event again under the circumstances.

They had enjoyed a record participation of 41 teams at the 2019 event, and the next Skyfest in January 2020 happened just at the beginning of the pandemic, with not too much of an impact on the event (36 teams). Then they had to cancel the 2021 event at the time when the restrictions and limitations were obstacles for any events.

The last New Hampshire Tunnel Fest before the pandemic still featured Ranch 2nd Generation as the winner of the AAA Class competition. They finished their 2019 season at the USPA Nationals before Joey Marshall and Chris Kuhlmann were recruited by Arizona Airspeed, while Jeana Billings and Michelle Karamon continued with XPG4.

Joey Marshall and Chris Kuhlmann now won world championship titles in 4-way Open, Jeana Billings and Michelle Karamon have won FAI gold medals in 8-way twice with XP8, bronze in 4-way Women with XPG4 this year.

AA Class winner of 2019, Snatch Force, were one of the 13 teams who joined the comeback event in January 2022, together with A Class winner CT True Blue. This year's AAA Class winners, SNE Fly Girls, have attended all events at SkyVenture New Hampshire since 2018 and competed for the U.S. delegation in 4-way Women at the FAI Outdoor World Cup 2019, together with Phoenix XP and Victorious Secret. Then they competed at the USPA Nationals 2022 to qualify for the next FAI Outdoor World Cup in Norway next year, as the NSL News reported on October 7th. Laurie and Rob Greer are hoping that the impact of the pandemic is now history in the sport, as participation at other events have indicated, and they are inviting teams again to enjoy the one-day event, once again under meet director Ben Liston's supervision and guidance.
