posted Mar 17th, 2022 - Kyle Hermberg's Indoor Cloud League teams and competitors at iFLY Dallas were in good shape in February, as well, which was eventually confirmed at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2022.

The NSL News had reported on February 23rd that three of the Indoor Cloud League teams were planning to compete at the national indoor championships, and how they used Kyle Hermberg's ICL events for their own preparations and to inspire other participants to train and compete in 4-way.

The same three teams were back to perform the ICL February sequences just before the trip to Paraclete XP. Result of the targeted competition practice as a part of the ICL event was the highest monthly total for the iFLY Dallas team since 2016.

Kyle Hermberg's ICL team had already finished the 2021 season with a new annual record number (1301) that secured the top position for the year on the 14+ leaderboard. The start into the 2022 season is just as promising, even though the Czech team at the Hurricane Factory has taken back the top spot after two months.

Dallas Dynasty's indoor lineup, with outside center Kyle Hermberg, posted the February scores for the two Open Class sequences (AAA/AA) on the ICL leaderboard and followed up winning the U.S. indoor tile in the Advanced Class (AAA) at Paraclete XP.

The same lineup had won silver behind Kaos Theory XP in the Intermediate Class (AA) of last year's Paraclete XP Indoor Championship. Michael Erickson, Caden Maydew and Aaron Perkins then competed with player-coach Lucas King and Alan Levy on camera at two outdoor meets of the Texas Skydiving League before winning silver medals at the USPA Nationals 2021, as well.

Both lineups were already familiar with the AAA Class dive pool, after the two Texas Skydiving League meets last year and AAA Class indoor training with Kyle Hermberg, and they committed to the ultimate 4-way category for the team's future after the USPA Nationals 2021.

They launched the 2022 season in the Advanced Class (AAA) event at Paraclete XP, which turned out to be the first AAA Class competition for Kyle Hermberg, who did not attend the outdoor meets with Dallas Dynasty. The 16.4 average won the U.S. indoor title, behind the military guest team from Brazil, the Netunos.

Kyle Hermberg's ICL team then added the U.S. indoor title in 4-way Beginner to the iFLY Dallas collection. It was the first time that this category was offered at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship, and both A Class teams from Texas were well prepared for the event.

Dallas Distraction had attended all three Texas Skydiving League events in the same category last year, while the indoor competition at Paraclete XP was the first live event for Dallas Valkyrie. However, the all-female lineup attended several Indoor Cloud League events at iFLY Dallas, first as individuals, before eventually forming the team.

The Paraclete XP Indoor Championship became the first live competition for Dallas Valkyrie, and they still outscored their ICL team mates of Dallas Distraction easily. Team members Christina Edwards, Sarah Watson and Sydney Ward posted the highest A and RRR Class scores of the iFLY Dallas team for February, with Lucas King in the lineup.

Dallas Dynasty trained with Kyle Hermberg in the lineup who would compete later with the team at Paraclete XP. Dallas Distraction could not keep up with the Valkyries and Lucas King at the ICL event and ended up in 2nd place behind the winning team from Texas in the new category at Paraclete XP.
