posted Dec 6th, 2012 - All events at the Mondial Dubai 2012 have been completed, and the NSL News aftermath begins right away. Actually, there are more events to come, which include tomorrow's award ceremony for the Formation Skydiving events and the closing festivities on Saturday.

The NSL News has not covered yet the final round action in the female 4way competition. It was not such a thriller any longer as in the 4way Open Class competition after the Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders took the lead and the control over the competition with the Golden Knights in Round 8.

However, it was still exciting and very emotional when the final videos were shown on DZ-TV. The NSL Reality TV captured the runup to the final round and the judging of Round 10. The new meet videos feature Round 10 in the female 4way category where the Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders outscored the Golden Knights for the third consecutive time and wrapped up the gold medal position.

The NSL News followed up today when the Aerodyne Deep Blue Defenders were at the competition site to cheer for the French 8way team. The complete lineup took the time for a conversation with the NSL News. Coach Marin Ferre had already provided his feedback while he was waiting for the French 8way team coming back from their Round 10.

The French national team in the female 4way category defended the Deep Blue gold medals of 2010 successfully. Sophie Deremaux and Amelie Tirman won their second gold medals, which came surprisingly for Sophie Deremaux who filled the Point slot for Laurence Herve after her injury a few months before the Mondial Dubai 2012.

Perrine Sanchez, Stephanie Texier and team videographer Remy Grandcler won their first gold medals, and they are making plans to continue with Laurence Herve who had the bad luck and had to sit out this time. Amelie Tirman wants to think about it for a little while...
