News Article Did you know that balloons popped open with numbers and letters at the opening ceremony?
posted: Aug 29th, 2025 The official opening ceremony concluded the training day on the 28th of August. It was originally scheduled for the same time at a different location nearby, which would have better resembled the Dutch culture and geography. However, the weather situation with rain in the forecast caused the re-location of the opening ceremony to Tent City. It did not change the atmosphere of the event and for the participants who were introduced with their complete delegations as usual. The sun was back at the time of the ceremony, and it became a very colorful parade of uniforms and flags into the huge tent... (more)

However, Gary Smith has lived in the Netherlands with this family, on the island of Texel, since 2008. Skydive Teuge is within driving distance for him, and he mentioned in earlier conversations that he was planning to visit the event as much as possible. It... (more)

News Article Did you know that Aethers Lille and Nephtys Maubeuge confirmed scoring level after Round 10?
posted: Aug 25th, 2025 The French AAA Class teams completed all ten rounds in Bouloc, and the last two rounds gave Aethers Lille and Nephtys Maubeuge the opportunity to finish on the expected impressive performance levels, even though Aethers did not get to the 26.1 average at the Shamrock Showdown 2025, which came along with the historic scoresheet of zero point deductions. The French judges deducted five points in Bouloc, which kept Aethers from posting their usual 25+ average level. Nephtys Maubeuge eventually confirmed their 20+ average level with the new lineup after all ten rounds. The final test of the French... (more)
