Did you know that Germany's 4-way champions are facing the same difficult decision? posted: Aug 9th, 2009 Russia and the Netherlands have still been battling with the weather. The Russian teams completed all ten rounds of the 4-way competition but have been on standby after only one round in 8-way.
Germany and the United Kingdom did not have any problems with the weather and completed their events. A few scores are still missing on the UK leaderboard where Satori finished the meet with a new team record 20.7 average. Did you know that UK's female competitors are still dominating in 4-way? posted: Aug 8th, 2009 47 teams are currently scoring an attendance record of recent years at the UK Nationals 2009.
Last year's 43 teams were already evidence for the British upswing in 4-way Formation Skydiving competition. This year's numbers for all four competition classes are even more convincing.
Many of the teams have already competed earlier this year at the meets of the United Kingdom Skydiving League (UKSL), others are joining the national championships for the first time or are just having fun there.

Did you know that Black Cat is the Russian 4-way champion of 2009? posted: Aug 7th, 2009 Quick update from Russia: Kaktus Hunter won the jumpoff this morning. Cross Road scored a 14-pointer for the 3-block sequence (17-22-8), Kaktus Hunter won with a 15-pointer.

Did you know that Dynamic Fource member Paul Hofstee has a 15 - 0 record? posted: Aug 7th, 2009 The flag and link to the German Nationals 2009 have been replaced by a new event, the national championships of the Netherlands.
The competition in Germany is not over yet though, as the 8-way teams are now in action. EADS had a big lead, and the combination of Incognito Leutkirch and X-Ray Remscheid will win the silver medals.
No news from Russia, where the national championships have been interrupted by bad weather.

Did you know that Hayabusa Defence is ready for the World Cup 2009? posted: Aug 6th, 2009 The NSL News reported extensively of the World Games 2009, mainly with the help of Arizona Airspeed's Craig Girard. The Belgian national team Hayabusa Defence finished in 4th place in Taiwan and has two more international 4-way competitions on the meet agenda, first the annual military CISM championships, then the FAI World Cup 2009.

Did you know that the 20.8 average lifts FSC Eisenach-Paratec to world class level? posted: Aug 6th, 2009 The German Nationals 2009 have been completed, while the Russian Nationals 2009 have been on a weather hold ever since Round 2 was completed.
In the meantime, the next three national championships are in the final preparations. Teams in the Czech Republic, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom will begin competing for medals, honors and the status of the official national team this weekend.
