Did you know that Denmark has a large delegation at the World Challenge 2013? posted: Mar 12th, 2013 The NSL News reported on 8 March 2013 that a team from Denmark, the VAF Warriors, have signed up for the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2013, which begins this Friday in DeLand.
The story introduced the team's lineup and the history of the members. The VAF Warriors are one of several teams in Denmark who are re-grouping in different lineups. It seems as if only one Danish team is coming back with exactly the same lineup as in 2012.

Did you know that Evolution scored the second highest meet average in history last weekend? posted: Mar 11th, 2013 The indoor scores from the Czech Republic did not last too long on the front page. They have been replaced by a new leaderboard from Canada where SkyVenture Montreal hosted the Canadian Indoor Championship 2013.
It was a multi-category event and included 4way in three competition classes (AAA - AA - A). In addition, the Rookie Class competitors had their own category in a 4way Scrambles event. Tunnel flyers also competed in VFS 2way and 4way, a "Neo Freestyle" competition and in "Artistic".

Did you know that there are several successful world class family affairs?? posted: Mar 10th, 2013 The NSL News has mentioned the family connections and bonds within 4way and 8way teams whenever it fit to the according story. It has happened quite frequently in the history of the NSL News and eventually became a separate topic for the monthly column in the Blue Skies Mag.
NMP-PCH Hayabusa has two brothers in the lineup, David and Andy Grauwels, who plan to become 4way world champions in 2014. Marin and Martial Ferre did the same already in 1999 for France. Mathieu and Guillaume Bernier copied it again for France, first in 8way in 2006 and 2008, then in 4way in 2010.

Did you know that a big A Class showdown seems to come up in the Czech Republic? posted: Mar 9th, 2013 Jan Klapka's indoor league throughout the winter season in the Czech Republic continues with great success. The Bad Boyz 4way competitor and founder of the Czech Republic Skydiving League launched the winter project with five teams in December 2011 and finished the 2011/2012 winter season with three teams in April.
Last year's outdoor season in the Czech Republic went by and included the World Cup 2012 in Prostejov, while Jan Klapka worked on the plans for the 2012/2013 indoor winter season. The first meet in November brought ten teams to the Sportflight Skydive Arena in Prague, plus two VFS... (more)
Did you know that a new team from Denmark follows a popular travel agenda? posted: Mar 8th, 2013 The field for the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2013 now consists of teams from nine different nations. The VAF Warriors from Denmark are the latest addition to the international part of the competition.
VAF Warriors consist of Martin Soeby Mikkelsen (Center Outside), John Behrendt Petersen (Center Inside), Mine Petersen (Tail), Henning Skov (Point) and Anders "Krabbe" Krabbenhoft on camera. Henning Skov is not available for the outdoor competition in DeLand, and coach Solly Williams will most likely fill the Point slot.

Did you know that the Dubai Asaar teams have different names and lineups this year? posted: Mar 7th, 2013 Not only several of the top teams have gone through personnel changes at the end of the 2012 and the beginning of the 2013 season. The NSL News tries to be as up-to-date as possible with the current lineups, especially when the first events are coming closer.
Eliana Rodriguez and Craig Girard recently updated the NSL News with the 2013 lineups of the Dubai teams. As last year, they will once again first compete at the Paraclete XP Outdoor Championship 2013 and then travel to Bedford for the World Challenge 2013.
