Did you know that French 8-way world champion team mates had a Weembinamic reunion? posted: Dec 15th, 2023 France has always been one of the powerhouses in Formation Skydiving competition and has won numerous world championship titles in all events, 4-way Open, 8-way Open, 4-way Women, 4-way VFS. There has not been a world championship yet since 1985 where France did not bring home at least one set of medals. France is also the only country who accomplished a complete FS Sweep with gold medals in all four current events so far. This will probably change next year when the US delegation may do the same what France did in 2010.

Did you know that different Brazilian 4-way generations met at the national indoor championship? posted: Dec 13th, 2023 It was in 2005 when 4-way teams in Brazil joined the NSL Network with the Brazilian Skydiving League, which was extended with the Brazilian Tunnel League in 2018. The founders of both leagues, Andre Ferraz and Manoel Medeiros Damasceno were both active 4-way competitors, Andre Ferraz with the the country's new national champion team, CTR Optimum, Manoel Medeiros Damasceno with So Pressao.

Did you know that Ukraine, Norway and Great Britain had additional battles at Skydive Voss? posted: Dec 13th, 2023 The Norwegian 4-way delegation was heavily involved with Fun Flag activities at the 23rd FAI World Cup of Formation Skydiving on their home turf at Skydive Voss. Actually, it was the cooperation between two of the three Norwegian 4-way teams that brought the success of possession and eternal physical presence on the Fun Flag.

Did you know that NMP PCH HayaBusa meet videos feature the unique current lineup? posted: Dec 11th, 2023 The Belgian Indoor Nationals 2023 turned out to be quite different compared to the participation of Belgian 4-way teams at the ISR Grand Prix last month. ISR FireFlash, AAA Class winner in Roosendaal, did not have the indoor championship on the team schedule, and only five of the 12 Belgian teams who competed in the Netherlands were back for the ten rounds at Airspace Indoor Skydiving in Charleroi, previously host of the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022.

Did you know that Hurricane Factory moved closer to iFLY Dallas in September? posted: Dec 11th, 2023 The slower summer months of the Indoor Cloud League had at least brought the teams at the Hurricane Factory in Prague and at iFLY Dallas together on the same leaderboard in July, August and September. Outdoor activities and summer vacations usually slow down the indoor activities.
The Czech teams and Kyle Hermberg's ICL team at iFLY Dallas had a close 4-point competition in July (142 - 138) that the NSL News covered on September 7th, which was followed by a 22-point advantage for iFLY Dallas on the August leaderboard. Did you know that Lithuania has been a regular at FAI/ISC indoor and outdoor events? posted: Dec 9th, 2023 The ISR Grand Prix has always been an international event, as at least teams from Belgium have always visited the event site in the Netherlands. Year by year, teams from more other countries traveled to Roosendaal, as well, and the 2023 event in November welcomed teams from nine different European nations (Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Lithuania, Germany, Romania).
