Did you know that Germany has personnel options for the 8-way bronze medal defense? posted: Dec 31st, 2024 The NSL News has followed the development of 8-way competition in Germany carefully in the past years. Two different teams have won the 8-way bronze medals at the two previous outdoor world championships, Airbus Oceanside Illertissen in Eloy 2022, Operation Adler at Crystal Coast 2024.
The update on December 24th covered the next 8-way step in Germany, as members of the two opposing teams of the past two years are working on plans how to defend the FAI bronze medals successfully one more time in 2026.

Did you know that the Indoor Cloud League team at iFLY Dallas welcomed three new 4-way competitors? posted: Dec 27th, 2024 The Indoor Cloud League leaderboard of November is complete after the addition of the scores and videos for all six categories from iFLY Dallas. Kyle Hermberg continued with his mission to introduce 4-way training and competition to new participants with his Indoor Cloud League events and had three new visitors in November.

Did you know that Airspeed's Niklas Hemlin has a message for the NSL News audience? posted: Dec 26th, 2024 The NSL Profile of Niklas Hemlin was published on 5 September 2019, a week before the USPA National Championship 2019 began at Skydive Paraclete XP.
His impressive skydiving competition career has been documented comprehensively by the NSL News, and it included all the drama that any competition brings to the participants. The 11-round battle with SDC Rhythm XP in 2019 that followed the publication of the NSL Profile probably still exceeded even his own previous experiences.

Did you know that German competitors make plans to defend the 8-way bronze medals? posted: Dec 24th, 2024 The NSL News indicated with the update on August 22nd that Germany had realistic chance to defend their FAI 8-way bronze medals successfully at the 26th FAI World Formation Skydiving Championships. It was not clear at that time who would compete for the German delegation at Crystal Coast Skydiving.
The Airbus 8-way team had won the first FAI medals in Germany's Formation Skydiving history in Eloy 2022, supported by the absence of a Russian 8-way team and a strong French lineup. Did you know that Ranch 2nd Generation was a breeding ground for world champions? posted: Dec 22nd, 2024 The story of the recent personnel changes for two of the best U.S. teams in the world, including the reigning 4-way Open Class world champions of Arizona Airspeed, has been a popular topic for the NSL News and the Formation Skydiving competition community.
