posted: Jul 31st, 2016 The series of national championship events in Europe continues with the Belgian Nationals 2016. Old and freshly crowned new CISM 4-way world champion NMP PCH HayaBusa did not have much time after the award ceremony in Russia to switch back to the FAI/IPC rules and dive pool. The 35.1 winning average at the military championship is only a fading memory back in the tougher world of exits and sub-terminal pages. News Article Did you know that the Pro Team won with a Tigers rear piece in Finland?
posted: Jul 31st, 2016 Finland was the third Scandinavian country completing the national championships this year, after Denmark and Sweden. Three teams are on this week's leaderboard, and the two new A Class teams are ahead of the 3-Ring Circus from the Northern Plains while waiting for more scores from Germany. The two A Class teams from Finland had actually a very close battle. Only the 3-pointer in Round 5 threw Ne Piirtaa Kell On Liituu too far behind, and Round 8 did not help much either, while Tempo had a very consistent performance. News Article Did you know that the Swedish Nationals 2016 had the highest participation since 2007?
posted: Jul 30th, 2016 Summer time in Europe usually brings the national championships of the many countries to the competition schedule. Denmark was the first Scandinavian country this year at the beginning of July, and two countries from the northern parts of Europe followed this week. Sweden completed the ten rounds of the national championships in two days, as Sun Path Products roving reporter Joey Jones reported from Sweden: "My second stop of the year brings me to Skydive Vasteras for the Swedish Nationals. News Article Did you know that NMP PCH HayaBusa sends greetings from Russia?
posted: Jul 28th, 2016 The 4-way Men competition at the CISM World Military Parachuting Championship was successfully completed, as well, after eight rounds with the special rules and dive pool. The military 4-way teams don't have to deal with exits and a sub-terminal page. The starting formation of each sequence is always a Star (M), and the working time of 35 seconds begins with the break of the Star, or 5 seconds after the exit. The special CISM rules explain the extraordinary scoring level for all teams, especially for NMP PCH HayaBusa, who won the title for the 8th consecutive time, now with a 35.1 average. The... (more)
News Article Did you know that two former French Girls won gold at the 40th CISM World Military Parachuting Championship?
posted: Jul 27th, 2016 The leaderboard of the July 16 weekend included the Coupe de France results, and the Sun Path Products NSL News reported on July 17th that the French national team in 4-way Open finished with a new team record average (23.7) after the 10-round meet. The team then had to take a break from training for the Mondial 2016 shortly after the completion of the Coupe de France event since point Laurence Herve had to switch to military skydiving duties. News Article Did you know that Dive Hard 4.0 expects strong A Class scratch teams come out of the woodwork?
posted: Jul 26th, 2016 The Sun Path Products NSL News is still covering the July 16 weekend, which created a new record overall leaderboard with more than 70 teams in the four NSL categories. Fortunately, the following weekend did not have any meets scheduled at all, which makes it easier to give the record weekend more deserved attention. The AA Class teams won the competition for the most popular category between the four competition classes, while AAA (17), A (16) and Rookie (17) had a very close race.
