Did you know that five new teams launched the Midwest Skydiving League 2017 season last weekend? posted: Jun 5th, 2017 The Midwest Skydiving League launched its 2017 season last weekend at Skydive Chicago. Five newly formed teams competed in two of the four NSL categories, three from Chicagoland Skydiving in the A Class, and two home teams from Skydive Chicago in the AA Class.
One of the MWSL teams of the past years is still the reigning USPA champion in the AAA/Advanced Class. Skydive Midwest NEXT won the gold medals at the USPA Nationals 2016 with a 16.9 average, eight years after MWSL team SDC Rhythm XP had won the USPA Advanced Class with exactly the same average.

Did you know that the Czech 4-way teams took back the Indoor Cloud League top spot with new 4-way juniors? posted: Jun 4th, 2017 The next outdoor scores have been posted, and they came from the 2017 season opener of the Midwest Skydiving League where SDC Rhythm XP members guided five teams through the first meet rounds of the year, while other teams also competed in Virginia.
However, the Indoor Cloud League competition continued in the meantime, and iFLY Seattle could not enjoy the top spot on the 14+ leaderboard for very long. The Czech 4-way teams came back with a very strong statement from the Hurricane Factory after allowing Paraclete XP and iFLY Seattle to outscore them in April.

Did you know that iFLY Seattle has taken the Indoor Cloud League lead on the 14+ leaderboard? posted: Jun 3rd, 2017 Deb Correia's Indoor Cloud League team of Northwest Skydiving League 4-way competitors needed only three lineups for the May sequences to take the current lead on the 14+ leaderboard.
Her ICL team came together at iFLY Seattle only once last month, as the NWSL outdoor season is approaching quickly, and the teams are trying to get ready for exits from jump planes: "That's what happens when the skydiving season gets started here in the Northwest..."

Did you know that Stephanie Vaughan is back a little bit longer for Rotor Out? posted: Jun 2nd, 2017 The Sun Path Products NSL News reported on 3 May 2017 that Rotor Out defended Australia's national championship 4-way title successfully in March this year.
The same story explained that Rotor Out founding member Stephanie Vaughan stepped into the 2017 lineup for the nationals when Michael Strickland did not come back for the 2017 season.

Did you know that Skydive San Diego had to stop the SCSL 4-way meet due to a wildfire? posted: May 31st, 2017 The Sun Path Products NSL News mentioned the 4-way comeback of Paul Bertorelli on 22 April 2017, who competed in the earliest years of the Florida Skydiving League.
He first joined the Indoor Cloud League activities in Tampa this year and then also re-connected with one of his 2005 team mates at the first meet of the Florida Skydiving League 2017, where Purple HaZe was the only team that joined the leaderboard with teams of the Southern California Skydiving League on the May 20 weekend.
James Saine and Paul Bertorelli competed together for Z-Hills CTRL-Z throughout the 2005 season.... (more)
Did you know that the Dutch Formation Skydiving Project 20+ is in full swing? posted: May 30th, 2017 The Sun Path Products NSL News brought the "Project Dutch FS4 20 Plus" to the attention of the audience for the first time on 5 January 2017. Former Dutch national 4-way competitors Erwin van den Braak and Alex Egberink launched the program this year, and the selection of the lineups was scheduled for January 21st.
The project has made great progress ever since the selection and the Sun Path Products NSL News will catch up with the details step by step, beginning with the lineups.
