posted: Sep 29th, 2017 The 8-way competition at the USPA Nationals 2017 was completed successfully and early on Thursday. The award ceremony began with honoring two guest teams who placed 2nd and 3rd on the 8-way leaderboard and could not win USPA medals, before the Golden Knights took their usual place on the highest spot of the podium. The Fly-In Machine 44 from Belgium and the Qatar Falcons gave the 8-way competition even more of an international atmosphere than the two Belgian teams did in 4-way. posted: Sep 27th, 2017 The 4-way competition at the USPA Nationals 2017 was completed in the early afternoon on Tuesday, and everything went back to 4-way business as usual after a thrilling start. It was still a 1-point battle between Arizona Airspeed and SDC Rhythm XP at the end of the first day and after seven rounds. Rhythm had really scared Airspeed on Monday, and everything was possible with three remaining rounds. It was only the first round on Tuesday morning that the challenger really gave away, and it was enough for Airspeed to carry the next 4-way title over the finish line with a 6-point advantage. NMP... posted: Sep 24th, 2017 Training for the USPA Nationals 2017 is slowly coming to an end on Sunday afternoon at Skydive Perris. The team briefing and competitors meeting is scheduled for 7 PM and will be one of the largest gatherings of 4-way fans in the history of the sport. The briefing will be followed by the competition draw, and the teams will get busy with engineering the ten rounds and then preparing the meet opener for Monday morning as good as possible. posted: Sep 22nd, 2017 The 22 teams at the ESL Championship 2017 have completed six rounds on the first day of the competition in Saarlouis, and it will be difficult to stop the German delegation from defending the ESL Spirit successfully. Two more teams from Europe are in Perris to compete at the USPA Nationals 2017. posted: Sep 20th, 2017 Three teams of the Florida Skydiving League came together at Skydive City in Z-Hills last weekend for the last meet of the 2017 season in Florida before the NSL Championship 2017, which will also be hosted by Skydive City this year. It was also the last outdoor test for teams before the upcoming USPA Nationals in Perris, where AA Class team SCZ ZEUS will compete in the Intermediate Class for the second time.
