Did you know that NSL-TV captured the first reactions after landing from round ten? posted: Sep 7th, 2005 While Arizona Airspeed, the Golden Knights and the judges prepared for the fast sequence of round three, which offered the opportunity for a new world record, the NSL News now goes back to yesterday's 4-way events.
The NSL-TV camera was in the landing area when DeLand Fire and the Golden Knights landed from their round ten and captured the first impressions of the teams right after landing. Did you know that there could be a competition for gold in 8-way? posted: Sep 7th, 2005 The 4-way competition could not have been any more exciting. The NSL News will follow up later today with more information, footage, interviews. Now, what will the 8-way competition have to offer? It seems like there is really nothing similar to be expected. Arizona Airspeed is the reigning 8-way world champion after beating France and Russia last year in Croatia.
Two Airspeed 2004 members, Mike Inabinet and Christopher Talbert, did not come back for the 2005 season. Brian Johnson and Andy Delk filled the open slots. How fast would the new line-up catch up with the world champion performance... (more)

The NSL leaderboard was not prepared for the jump-off. However, NSL-TV managed to capture the jumps and also film the live judging and more. Here are the links to the jumps, other footage will follow soon.

Did you know that it is a jump-off between Dan BC, Solly Williams and Tim Wagner? posted: Sep 6th, 2005 How much more exciting can it get? It was almost unthinkable but it happened, the Golden Knights lost their 2-point advantage in the last round. Both teams are tied after ten rounds, and they just took off for the jump-off. DeLand Fire delivered a solid performance without taking any chances, and the Golden Knights suffered a bad Block 18 and got stuck with 18 points within working time. (more)
Did you know that the AA Class competition mirrors the AAA Class race after eight rounds? posted: Sep 6th, 2005 The AAA Class teams have been on a hold after the completion of round nine. Actually, all teams except the top five continued jumping to complete round ten but have not been judged yet. Plan is to send the top five back in the air at 3:00 pm and have a live judging on stage and in the middle of the crowd.
The live judging was introduced at the USPA Nationals 2003 in Lake Wales and created a lot of excitement and great atmosphere at the competition site. The race for the first place is obviously close enough to make round ten a final showdown.

Did you know that Pete Allum evaluated the situation after round eight? posted: Sep 6th, 2005 Round eight brought the next shocker. After the DeLand Fire dominance throughout the first four rounds yesterday, the Golden Knights had taken control of the meet in rounds five and six. DeLand Fire recovered overnight and kept up with the Golden Knights this morning. However, it looked as if the Army team had found its rhythm and strength and was now solid on the way to the gold medal. It changed again in round eight.
