Did you know that XPG4 will soon be aiming at higher goals? posted: Jul 24th, 2023 The NSL News covered the performance of the U.S. national team in 4-way Women, XPG4, after the completion of the Paraclete XP Summer Classic, including the videos of the ten competition rounds. There was no time for NSL Live Talk with XPG4 during or after the competition, and a new conversation with the team had to wait until the next opportunity in the following training camp.
Coach Niklas Hemlin had traveled to Skydive Paraclete XP in the meantime. He had coaching jobs with XPG4, the new Golden Knights 4-way team and Lightspeed XP on his agenda. Arizona Airspeed's outside center could join... (more)
Did you know that RhEvolution XP is back with a new 4-way Open Class lineup? posted: Jul 23rd, 2023 RhEvolution XP was another 4-way team that was in training the weekend after the Summer Classic at Skydive Paraclete XP. They are not registered for the upcoming FAI Outdoor World Cup 2023, where Arizona Airspeed, SDC Rhythm XP, Skydive Midwest NEXT and Lightspeed XP compete for the U.S. delegation in 4-way Open.
RhEvolution XP still could not compete at the Summer Classic. The NSL News reported on July 19th that Bra Nok is one of the three U.S. 8-way teams in Voss, Norway (GKXP8, Prison 9, Bra Nok). Two members of this year's RhEvolution XP lineup (Kim Hollander, Chris Normandeau) are travelling... (more)

Did you know that last weekend's events created a very powerful leaderboard? posted: Jul 21st, 2023 The combined leaderboard of the Paraclete XP Summer Classic and the Pre-Nationals at Skydive Spaceland Houston was not very large. However, it was very powerful in all three categories. In fact, there is a very good chance that it featured at least poterntial USPA medal winners in all four USPA categories at this year's national championships.
XPG4 will compete in 4-way Open at the USPA Nationals, after winning FAI medals in 4-way Women at the FAI Outdoor World Cup. They will not be able to challenge Arizona Airspeed for the 4-way Open Class title back in the United States. However, they will... (more)
Did you know that the CitiZens lived up to the expectations? posted: Jul 20th, 2023 One of the two teams on the A Class leaderboard of the Pre-Nationals/Summer Classic combination last weekend had a longer travel distance, as well. Florida is not as far away from Raeford in North Carolina as Colorado is, and some of the CitiZens from Skydive City in Zephyrhills were able to travel by car to Skydive Paraclete XP.
The CitiZens were at least familiar with the travel route, even though they had not visited Paraclete XP's skydiving center before. They had trained in Paraclete XP's 16-foot flying chamber earlier this year for an indoor camp with Jeana Billings and Kirk Verner.
