posted Mar 24th, 2021 - The recent update of the Indoor Cloud League event at Paraclete XP explained how the month of February was a very busy one for the members of the Paraclete XP team delegation (AZXP8, XP4, XPG4).

XPG4's Jeana Billings was actually even busier than all of her team mates. Morgan Womble and Brenn Richards were also player-coaches for the ICL event in February and then competed with XPG4 and other 8-way teams at Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2021, followed by the Shamrock Showdown. However, they did not compete in 8-way at Skydive City.

Michelle Karamon competed with AZXP8 at the indoor and outdoor meets both, while she was back in Arizona when the Indoor Cloud League February event took place at Paraclete XP.

Jeana Billings was still not alone on her very busy agenda in the last two months. SDC Rhythm XP's Doug Barron and three Skydive Midwest NEXT members matched Jeana Billings' participation in all three events and shared the same leaderboards. Doug Barron was a guest player-coach at Paraclete XP's Indoor Cloud League event, which was the additional activity that moved him up to the same busy meet agenda that Jeana Billings and Skydive Midwest NEXT had in the same time-frame.

Doug Barron had competed with SDC Rhythm XP in 4-way and with Rhythm 8 at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship, after joining the Indoor Cloud League team in February. Then he competed in both events at the Shamrock Showdown, even though SDC Rhythm XP did not attend.

He has been organizing and player-coaching the Rhythm 8 lineup since 2016. Most of the times, SDC Rhythm XP have attended the same events in 4-way. This time, at Skydive City, he did not miss the 4-way event by recruiting a lineup just for the event, with two Rhythm 8 members (Scott Latinis, Brian Ball) and Dave Ruffell. SDC Rhythm XP's team videographer Justin Wageman was filming Quiet Riot.

Then it was almost the complete Skydive Midwest NEXT lineup who matched Jeana Billings' and Doug Barron's event agenda. NEXT performed the AAA/AA sequences of the Indoor Cloud League in February for the ICL Midwest team and followed up in 4-way, first with the ten indoor rounds at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship, then with the four outdoor rounds of the Shamrock Showdown.

Megan George was also in the Rhythm 8 indoor lineup before she skipped the 8-way competition at the Shamrock Showdown.

NEXT members Lauren Byrd, Gorka Amian and Greg Oldendick matched Jeana Billings and Doug Barron with attendance at all three events and shared the same three leaderboards. The ICL Midwest team posted the highest total for the month of February on the Indoor Cloud League leaderboard before Skydive Midwest NEXT competed in 4-way and 8-way at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship, then at the Shamrock Showdown.

Lauren Byrd, Gorka Amian and Greg Oldendick have also committed to the Rhythm 8 project and completed the busiest event agenda together with Doug Barron. Jeana Billings was their opponent at the same events, with one exception when Doug Barron joined the AAA/AA lineup for Paraclete XP's ICL team.

Skydive Midwest NEXT tied Paraclete XP's ICL scores in February before XPG4 and NEXT battled at the two 4-way competitions, both with their complete lineups. XPG4 won the indoor competition with new tail Brenn Richards by seven points (227 - 220). NEXT had the upper hand by two points after Round 4 at the Shamrock Showdown.

The teams have the opportunity to add scores and videos for the missing rounds to the Shamrock Showdown leaderboard until April 18th. The same 4-way battle between XPG4 and Skydive Midwest NEXT might not be over yet...
