Did You Know...

... that the Indoor Cloud League 2017 season will once again set new records?

Outscored in last minute: Paraclete XP's R Class lineup
posted Dec 12th, 2017 - The last November scores and videos of the Indoor Cloud League were added to the 14+ leaderboard by the iFLY Dallas team.

Four different lineups combined for the total of 91 points, and two of them each took care of two neighboring sequences.

Rob Parker and Aaron Perkins performed two of the Rookie Class sequences (R - RR) with player coaches Lucas King and Kyle Hermberg, and the 23-pointer for the R Class sequence turned out to be the highscore for the month of November.

The same Dallas lineup was also in contention for last month's highscore in the RR Class with a 17-pointer. iFLY Seattle (Dan Gillette, Erin Hundtofte, Steve Platt, Dave Correia) won the RR Class competition with 19 points.

Paraclete XP's R Class lineup (Madeline Grucella, Morgan Womble, JP Brown, Drew Starr) had owned the 22-pointer highscore before the iFLY Dallas team wrapped up the 14+ leaderboard.

The Paraclete team still won one category, as the modified Vega XP lineup posted the highest November score for the A Class sequence.

The third Rookie Class score for the RRR Class sequence came from the Hurricane Factory, which is also a reliable team factory. This time, Mimozemky left all other Rookie Class teams in the dust with a 24-pointer for a sequence that was not an easy one.

Mimozemky also posted the highest score for the Czech ICL team in the A Class (15). However, Paraclete XP's Vega XP lineup did in this category what Mimozemky had done in the RRR Class and finished far ahead of all other A Class teams.

The HF Bad Boys defended their highscores for the two Open Class sequences (AAA - AA) successfully, and the Czech ICL team finished with the highest number of three highscores for the Hurricane Factory in November.

However, the three highscores were still not enough to win the November competition on the 14+ leaderboard.

Paraclete XP had only the highscore for the A Class sequence and still finished with the highest total (123 - 120). It was a close race for the November top spot, and the 3-point difference did not change the 2017 rankings significantly.

The Paraclete XP team can still get to the current Czech total of 1422 points with average scores in December. However, it would take a month-long engine failure at the Hurricane Factory to stop the Czech ICL team from defending the 2017 top spot successfully.

1000+ club: Florida's 14+ team at iFLY Tampa
The competition between iFLY Dallas and iFLY Seattle was even closer. It ended with a 1-point difference (91 - 90) after all six November sequences, and Flybox Israel was not far behind either (82).

Six Indoor Cloud League teams have passed the 1000-point total at the end of the November, two on the 12+ and four on the 14+ leaderboard. iFLY Dallas will most likely join the 1000+ group at the end of December for a new Indoor Cloud League record.

Three ICL 14+ teams had collected more than 1000 points last year, together with two more teams on the 12+ leaderboard. That was the situation at the end of the year, including the December scores. Six was the highest number of 1000+ teams at the end of the 2015 season when all ICL teams were still on the same leaderboard and applied only the limited 12+ dive pool.

The 14+ teams have applied the more challenging 14+ dive pool for the whole 2017 season and are still scoring higher all together. The ongoing progression is promising...
