... that Omniskore videos feature Arizona Airspeed and Ranch 2nd Generation at iFLY Virginia Beach?

First 20+ average for Ari Perelma at the Shamrock Showdown 2017
posted Apr 29th, 2017 - The Sun Path Products NSL News followed up on the IBA Indoor April meet on 24 April 2017. It was the U.S. qualifier for the FAI Indoor World Meet 2017 and Arizona Airspeed's third 10-round meet this year.

The reigning U.S. 4-way outdoor and new 4-way indoor champions had attended the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2017 and the Shamrock Showdown 2017 before traveling to Virginia for the second indoor competition this year.

The previous event story covered the circumstances under which the teams were competing at iFLY Virginia Beach and how the new U.S. national indoor team in 4-way Open came to the 31.8 average.

The Omniskore meet videos were not available when the earlier update was posted, and it is time to catch up after the videos of the first five rounds have been uploaded. The second half of the meet is still missing; however, the earlier rounds provide an impression of Airspeed's current performance level.

Shooting Star story: Ranch 2nd Generation at the Paraclete XP Indoor 2017
Airspeed surely took advantage of the fast competition draw, which did not include five of the slowest blocks in the dive pool (1,8,12,20,22). However, the 31.8 average is a strong statement by Airspeed's new lineup at its third competition.

New member Ari Perelman got to the 20+ outdoor average level for the first time in his career at the Shamrock Showdown. He and Mikhail Markine then added their first 30+ indoor averages at iFLY Virginia Beach. Thiago Gomes and Niklas Hemlin had 30+ averages in their books after the Clash of Champions 2015.

Not only Arizona Airspeed took advantage of the fast competition draw at the IBA Indoor meet. Ranch 2nd Generation (R2G) attended the team's third indoor competition this year and finished far ahead of the previous record average.

R2G had posted a 20.6 average at Paraclete in February and followed up with 24.4 at iFLY Virginia Beach. The R2G 4-way shooting star story continues without interruption...
