News Article Did you know that three teams lost their Top 10 positions on the combined leaderboard?
posted: Apr 21st, 2022 The latest NSL Power Rankings before the start of the 4-way Open competition at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022 had ISR FireFlash tied with NMP PCH HayaBusa in 3rd place. The placing was based on the results at the Belgian Indoor Nationals, which were completed just two weeks before the indoor world cup. ISR FireFlash had finished only three points behind the still reigning indoor and outdoor world champions, which was close enough to expect another Belgian duel in Charleroi. It did not happen, as ISR FireFlash staid five points below their previous meet average (28.1 - 27.6) while NMP PCH... (more)
News Article Did you know that each Czech 4-way team in Charleroi won FAI medals?
posted: Apr 20th, 2022 The NSL News mentioned in the aftermath of the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022 that the Czech Republic had the most successful delegation in horizontal Formation Skydiving competition. It was not only the two sets of gold medals that HF Cubs (4-way Women) and HF Flying Rebels (4-way Junior) won for their country. Each of the four Czech 4-way teams actually won FAI medals in Charleroi. Each European winner in the world cup event automatically gets an additional FAI gold medal for the European Championship, which was embedded in the world cup. There were only European teams in 4-way Women, and each... (more)
News Article Did you know that Hungary's family team Bronteroc posted a new national record average?
posted: Apr 19th, 2022 One of the nine 4-way Open Class teams who placed exactly in the ranking position of the last NSL Power Rankings before the start of the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022 was Bronteroc from Hungary. Bronteroc is a new team from Hungary that attended their first competition at the Czech Indoor Open in January this year. They finished with a 21.5 average at the Hurricane Factory, which was already the highest indoor result of a team from Hungary in the country's Formation Skydiving competition history. Bronteroc lifted the meet average to 23.3 at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022, which was more than enough... (more)
News Article Did you know that the HF Cubs are currently the 4th best 4-way Women indoor team in the world?
posted: Apr 17th, 2022 The HF Cubs have been filling the NSL News with content for several years. The Czech 2019 world champions in 4-way Junior and new world cup champions in 4-way Women deserve all the credit that has been given for their progression from 4-way teenagers in 2015 to the currently best 4-way Women indoor team in the world. However, reducing the impressive performances of the HF Cubs only to their former (4-way Junior) and current (4-way Women) events would not even do enough justice and would miss the real proportion of the Czech team in the 4-way indoor world. It is amazing enough that the team... (more)

News Article Did you know that Jan Klapka has turned the Hurricane Factory into a 4-way team factory and now a medal factory?
posted: Apr 15th, 2022 The 4-way Junior competition at the FAI Indoor World Cup 2022 was promising an exciting international competition when the field of registered teams still included two additional teams from Russia. It seemed as if all five junior teams could be in contention for medals. The exclusion of the Russian delegation from the event reduced the 4-way Junior field to three teams, who were still expected to challenge each other, as the NSL News reported on March 28th. The French Aerokart Ak'demie lineup had posted a 16.1 average on the AAA Class leaderboard of the French Indoor Nationals. This was close... (more)
