Did you know that the French 4-way Open Class team is in full training swing for the Shamrock Showdown? posted: Mar 7th, 2023 The best 4-way teams in the world usually travel to the location of their next competition early enough to accommodate themselves in a new environment and warm up with some training jumps before Round 1. The Shamrock Showdown begins this Friday morning at Skydive DeLand, and the four currently best 4-way teams in the world have their own and different ways how to get well prepared for the event.

Did you know that Last Minuet had the last word in the last round? posted: Mar 6th, 2023 The combined AAA Class leaderboard of the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship actually features teams from three different categories: 4-way Open, 4-way Advanced, 4-way Women. The colored overview is showing how the teams compare directly to each other, as they are using the same competition draw.
Their scores were posted on two different leaderboards at the event, and they had their own two sets of medals. The best 4-way Women team on the 4-way Open Class leaderboard qualifies as the U.S. national team for FAI/ISC events in the following year.

Did you know that HF Flying Rebels posted one of the Czech ICL highscores in February? posted: Mar 4th, 2023 HF Flying Circus, the Czech national team in 4-way Open, took a month off from scoring for the Indoor Cloud League team at the Hurricane Factory in February. They have had plenty of indoor competition practice after the FAI Outdoor World Championship 2022 and completed six 4-way indoor meets since Eloy.
They attended the February meet of the Czech Tunnel League and had the opportunity to meet Finland's national team, Purple Maze, on the same leaderboard, as the NSL News reported on March 2nd.

Did you know that Arizona Airspeed and NMP PCH HayaBusa share a unique record? posted: Mar 3rd, 2023 Arizona Airspeed has been dominating the world's recent 4-way competition like no other team in the history of Formation Skydiving. The reigning outdoor world championship and indoor world cup champions have won their last 30 competition rounds without allowing any other teams to even match one of the scores.
There is probably no doubt that this streak will continue at the upcoming indoor world championship, where Airspeed will most likely unite the FAI indoor and outdoor titles. The only question seems to be if any other 4-way team will be able to take away or just tie one single highscore... (more)
Did you know that Purple Maze and HF Flying Circus will be opponents again in April? posted: Mar 2nd, 2023 It used to be normal procedure in the NSL 4-way Network that teams in the United States and in other different countries around the world would use the same competition draw on any given weekend. Enough events were scheduled which would generate the interesting leaderboards with participating teams from regions far away from each other.
The implications of the corona virus crisis interfered heavily with this well working and popular format and the according procedures, and other ways to connect teams with each other did not generate similar results and combined leaderboards from different live... (more)
Did you know that SDMW NEXT and Lightspeed XP had the closest race at Paraclete XP? posted: Mar 2nd, 2023 The closest finish of all 4-way events at the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2023 happened in the middle of the 13-team field on the 4-way Open Class leaderboard, where Skydive Midwest NEXT and Lightspeed XP ended up tied in 6th place of all the U.S. teams.
The two AAA Class teams have shared the same leaderboards since Lightning XP was formed for the Paraclete XP Indoor Championship 2021, even though the first Lightspeed XP lineup (Shannon Catalano, Brandon Kashani, Kirk Verner, Nicholas Walker) switched once to the Advanced Class competition and won the USPA gold medals in October 2021.
