posted: Aug 3rd, 2007 The short break between the major events offers an opportunity for the NSL News to go back to previous events that have not been covered accordingly yet. The July meet of the California Skydiving League had a world-class field in the AAA Class, and one meet video of Perris Storm's Round 1 was already shown on NSL-TV earlier. Several additional videos have now been uploaded and feature the SCSL teams of all three different competition classes with either Round 1 or Round 2. (more)

posted: Jul 15th, 2007 Skydive Elsinore hosted the third meet of the Southern California Skydiving League yesterday. The scores are already posted, and they are very impressive. It was a world-class AAA Class field in Elsinore, and Perris Fury made a very strong statement with a 24.7 average after six rounds. (more)

posted: Jun 1st, 2007 The NSL News special event coverage has added one more high-profile competition to the line-up of world-class 4-way events this year. The Raeford Parachute Center in North Carolina is the host of the Paraclete XP Money Meet 2007. The event is scheduled for July 28 - 29, 2007. The month of July 2007 offers a lot of prize money to the best 4-way teams in the world. The total amount of $50,000 is in the July jackpot. $36,000 will be handed out at the Malevsky Cup 2007, additional $16,000 will be divided between the teams on the first three places at the Paraclete XP Money Meet 2007. posted: May 29th, 2007 Several west coast competitors joined forces last weekend to execute a demonstration jump at a NASCAR race in Charlotte, the Coca Cola 600. Tom Sanders of Aerial Focus, one of the most experienced professional freefall photographers in the history of skydiving, was in charge to put the stunt together and recruit the group of skydivers. The demo at the NASCAR was a promotional stunt for an action movie that will soon come to the mainstream movie theaters: the "Rise of the Silver Surfer". News Article Did you know that the California Skydiving League kicks off the 2007 season in Elsinore?
posted: Apr 15th, 2007 This weekend brings the 2007 season opener of the California Skydiving League. The former Southwest Skydiving League was split into the California and the Arizona Skydiving League, as the NSL News story on January 25 reported. The Arizona Skydiving League kicked off the 2007 season with the Valentine's Meet in February. Skydive Elsinore is now the host of the first meet in California. The 2006 season in California featured the neck-to-neck race between Perris Fury and Elsinore Gravity. The NSL News covered this exciting 2-team competition in the AAA Class several times last year.
