The NSL was also in charge of the meet management at Skydive DeLand, and the NSL News journalist competed at the same time. Did you know that the Shamrock lineups have some interesting aspects? posted: Mar 13th, 2008 The final preparations for the FSL Shamrock Showdown 2008 are in full swing, at Skydive DeLand as well as in the NSL office. FAI judge Jukka Olkkonen from Finland arrived on Thursday with his DDC Score Systems and was busy testing and setting up the equipment.
The same judging and scoring system was already used at several meets in Scandinavia and also at the ESL Championship 2007. Jukka Olkkonen and Golden Knight Eric Heinsheimer will be the event judges.

Did you know that the NSL-TV coverage of the Valentine's Meet 2008 is now complete? posted: Mar 11th, 2008 The recent updates of the Valentine's Meet 2008 with the meet videos of the three best AAA Class teams did not offer much news so far of other teams and the plans of the Arizona Skydiving League 2008.
Annie Peterson, AZSL Director and Center Inside for Arizona Divewerkz, informed the NSL News earlier this year that former Airspeed member Chad Smith has replaced Murel Addison in the Center Outside slot. Now she also added three dates of additional AZSL meets in Eloy this year.
The AZSL meets in April, June and August will be held in conjunction with the "Mentor Camps" that Arizona Divewerkz... (more)

Did you know that NSL-TV presents Airspeed Odyssey's first competition jumps in 2008? posted: Mar 4th, 2008 Most of the regular visitors at the NSL website have probably already noticed that a new video of the Valentine's Meet 2008 was uploaded and has been available for a day or two. Airspeed Odyssey's Center Inside, Andy Delk, creator of the Airspeed's Odyssey 2007 DVD, kindly provided the footage of the team's first competition jumps this year.
Rounds 2, 3, 4 and 5 are already available for reviews. NSL-TV and Airspeed Odyssey will try to catch up with Perris Fury and Canada Evolution, who are both already at Round 7, as soon as possible.
