posted: Sep 11th, 2008 The NSL News shifts back from Europe to the US west coast. The Southern California Skydiving League holds ist last meet of the regular season this weekend in Perris. Perris Fury and the team's members will once again either compete with their own lineup or as player coaches. Fury just informed the NSL News recently that Center Inside Chris Farina has fully recovered from his back injury and that the team is back in full training swing. The Fury 8-way project teams also recently trained at the Paraclete XP windtunnel in Raeford. (more)

posted: Aug 9th, 2008 No weather problems at all so far today - the dropzone in Maubeuge is very busy. NSL photographer Nathan Polis has prepared a clip with an overview of the whole dropzone, which will be uploaded soon. It is busy enough to provide a real live impression of what is going on the last day before the first scores will be posted. The field of 4-way teams in the female category has become smaller compared to the World Meet 2006. Twelve teams competed in Germany, eight teams are ready for Round 1 in Maubeuge. News Article Did you know that the World Meet polls indicate no big surprises?
posted: Aug 5th, 2008 The World Meet 2008 polls confirm Airspeed Odyssey as the top contender in the 4-way Open Class so far. The NSL News audience indicates that the race for the silver medals might take place between Hayabusa Defence and France Maubeuge. The Belgian team has even passed the French national team at the moment. The Russian Sky Panthers would end up once again in 4th place. (more)
News Article Did you know that the Crank caused exit trouble in Round 9?
posted: Jul 17th, 2008 NSL-TV has already moved on to Round 9 of the Paraclete XP Money Meet 2008. The videos have been uploaded and can be viewed on the event page. The exit formation of the sequence, a Crank (N), caused trouble for two of the three top teams. Perris Fury's Crank broke partially and needed repair. It did not take the Perris team very long to fix it and move on. The recovery was good enough to tie the highscore of the round with a 22-pointer. (more)

News Article Did you know that Perris Fury opened the second day with a sole highscore?
posted: Jul 14th, 2008 The first outdoor competition jump on the second day of the Paraclete XP Money Meet 2008 brought a little surprise. Perris Fury scored the sole highscore in Round 7. It was the first time in this meet that Airspeed Odyssey did not win or tie the highest score. It was not the first time that Perris Fury outscored Airspeed Odyssey. That had already happened at rounds one and seven of the Valentine's Meet 2007, with the original lineup and Chris Farina in the Center Inside position.
